As Murudeshwar is a village so don't expect too much high rated Abhiman Residency | Rooms & Caretakers. Hotel is at peace place. Staff is cooperative. But as we had little bit work of business also and wifi was not there. Even after telling he couldn't arrange. So I would say they should remove the amenity from Abhiman Residency | Rooms & Caretaker as wifi. Cleaniness is good. Safety wise not good as no CCTV camera at Abhiman Residency | Rooms & Caretaker and anyone can easily enter to Abhiman Residency | Rooms & Caretaker. With family its not good. At this price Abhiman Residency | Rooms & Caretaker is costly.

Service was good, manager called our number and asked when we will be checking in and provided information on how to reach property which was very helpful. Its a calm place with nice gallery view. Beach and murudeshwar temple is just 500-600 m from Abhiman Residency | Rooms & Caretaker. I will recommend it to my friends, but one need to keep less expectation on this Abhiman Residency | Rooms & Caretaker as there is no complementary water bottle on arrival and soaps were provided only when asked. Hospitality not very great but care taker are helpful. Overall good experience.

The Abhiman Residency | Rooms & Caretaker is situated in a very peaceful area, yet very near to the temple, about 5-6 minutes walking distance. The town is very small. You can hear the temple music in the morning and in the night from the Abhiman Residency | Rooms & Caretaker room. Both the owner and his staff are very cordial and always took care of my needs. It is very clean. The rooms are very large about 180 ft. Two adults and one child is a very good fit in a room. Overall my experience is excellent and I hope to come here again.

This place is incorrectly located on the Google map and MMT shows it in a different city. I had found this place with the help of my local cab driver. The place is a bit isolated to check in late at night. I was a bit scared to go out for a walk in the night. However, the property manager is helpful in arranging an auto to commute. Staff People are nice and helpful. In all, this a good budget option for a short stay.

Don’t expect a luxury. Quiet, clean and calm place with no disturbance. The purpose was met - to stay at murudeshwar and within a short distance from beach / temple. You may experience mosquito menace during the night hence pols carry a repellant. The room was much spacious and could have accommodated even 8-10 people. It was worth the money paid by us.

Location was hard to locate using google maps. We had to call the owner to locate it. Felt stay is expensive, maybe due to the peak holiday season during Christmas. We got an AC room and the room, bathroom/toilet was neat. We got hot water in the evening upon request. AC in our room had some issue, water was dripping from it throughout the night.

Excellent stay, owner of the property is cordial, staff behaviour was really nice, open parking space is available, room is spacious, only cons i can add here is, rooms should have intercom/phone facility so that you can take better room service just by dialing rather than personally calling going down every time. Rest all okay.

Stayed for two nights with family. New property. Clean rooms. Good parking space. Checkout for A/C at the time of booking. Even for morning tea you have to go outside. Receptiveness of the owner is appreciated. This is the place for the people looking only cleanest room at a pilgrimage.

Hotel is 2.5 km from Murudeshwar railway station, 1 km from the temple and the famous Shiva Statue and beach. Beautiful, peaceful place and stay. Hassle free check-in and checkout. A good vegetarian Abhiman Residency | Rooms & Caretaker (Hotel Balaji) nearby. Enjoyed the stay.

The residency situated place was so good and amazing near by temple and beach and well maintenance so clean and hygiene.

Owner was friendly, but it is located inside in City, took some time to find. There is no nearby shops. Rooms service and other services needs to be improved. For staying one night it is good place.

The room was spacious for 2 people. Even if we got a 3 sharing room and we were 2 but still the room was spacious enough for 3 also. Hotel cleanliness and staff was also good. Murudeshwar temple was around 1 km from here. That was a good stay over here.

Nice stay, clean, no restaurant

It's an average Abhiman Residency | Rooms & Caretaker but it's neat and clean. It's bit inside of the main road. Booked two non AC room for 2600₹. I think it's value for money.

Room was designed in such a way that it gives homely feeling. Thry are hygienic and well maintained with balcony.
