Resort is very close to beach... ganpatipule temple is walkable and rooms are clean with good service provided... overall I would give 5 star and revisit again.... food is amazing don't need to go anywhere else for food...

Premium Price, Zero Water, Day Wasted: Cannot Recommend We booked a two-day stay at a premium rate but immediately faced a catastrophic service failure: severe water scarcity in our room, starting at check-in. We lost the entire day of our short vacation constantly calling reception and waiting for the water issue to be resolved. This is unacceptable for a hotel charging these prices. Staff offered only hollow apologies and made zero effort to compensate us for the massive inconvenience and the ruined day, demonstrating a complete lack of courtesy and empathy. On a positive note, the location is excellent, and the food service was outstanding. However, the fundamental failure of a basic amenity, combined with the management’s refusal to provide any accountability or compensation for a full day of vacation wasted, means we cannot recommend staying here.

we booked stay for three nights, location is best, food quality and taste are also very good, but there were couple of things I noticed as negative and that's why rates this stay as average 1) Food service:- They have partial arrangement of food outside in open view which is of no use if it rains, and in konkan area most of the time it is raining , we had to return one day and order in from our room because of that plus there are walk ins allowed as well as a result it is huge rush after 8 pm always. 2) food serving time is also quite high, for simple dishes it also takes 25-30 min. 3) Rooms not very well maintained, you can see patches of dampness in balconies and rooms.

Property is good, location and overall but the room given to us was dirty with fungus all over. We had to ask for new room which was okay. Also we booked the hotel considering swimming pool but the pool was not functional which was a huge disappintment.

Properties food is good have many option for vegeterians there is a seperate hotel as well as attached to the property and the road to ganpatipule mandir. Property is under renovation so it has a little maintenance field environment but is overall a good hotel with amenities for games and a pool. And other paid activities like shooting and archery. It has a beautiful view of the sea and sunsets. And has a direct way to the beach. Enjoyed the stay

I booked villa rooms considering we will have a quiet stay. However, they have new villa construction going on and we felt like we are staying in a construction site with noise and bad roads for approach to the rooms. instead of being greedy the property owners should booking in the area where construction is going on.

Nice stay. But all facilities were not available at the time of stay due to renovation. Children swimming pool was closed. Chaos of repairing work was there. Food was good but I don't understand howcome they charge 18% GST on food.

All rooms are smoking rooms in this hotel, every room stinks of it, besides the bathroom won’t get any better rating. Very old and damaged / loose fixtures. Hot water is a luxury, you may have to manage with lukewarm water. Try going to this club or roof top. The stink will make sure you won’t stay there for long. What is good about the hotel is FOOD in their restaurant and people serving there very pleasant and happy to serve. For the price they are charged me, it’s surely not worth. I won’t recommend this hotel from my side. Consider other options.

The Westbay Resort and Spa is located right near the Ganpatipule beach. It has a large area with many villas with a sea view. The rooms were clean. The waterfront cafe restaurant has amazing staff. Their breakfast was spread was great.
