Abode - The Residency

We stayed here at 3 nights. The Abode - The Residency is very well maintained. Rooms are neat and clean. Their interior is traditionally decorated. The staff is very polite and cooperative. They have very limited breakfast. They serve 2 dishes i. Breakfast with bread butter jam and fruit juice. Chef was very cooperative, he made stuffed parantha for my son. There was plumbing problem in our rooms which they fixed on immediate basis.

The stay was excellent and very cozy. |the Abode - The Residency staff is very friendly and welcoming. Must try food in the restaurant. We tried momos and stroganoff and it was very delicious|Abode - The Residency has all day hot water availability, though rooms are small in size but it might be same for any other Abode - The Residencys around here.

I had an outstanding stay at this Abode - The Residency! the staff provided impeccable service, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was very clean and tidy. The location & amenities were good, and the overall experience was very satisfactory. I highly recommend this Abode - The Residency.

Lovely old world charm. The staff were very friendly the rooms were excellent. Unfortunately in shillong Abode - The Residencys don't have lifts. We had some problems with an aged member of our party and the staff carried the person up 2 floors of steps on a plastic chair. We really felt looked after.

Location in center of the city and quite a ready city view & very good hospitality. I won't definitely recommend this and planning on visiting again. Visiting in peak winter season of february this year with night temp dropping to 6c but Abode - The Residency was comfortable even in that temparature.

Very good Abode - The Residency, location was also very good. The room was little bit small but good. Food like home, highly recommended. Its a pet friendly Abode - The Residency, which i like very much. The behavior of the staff was very good. The timing of serving food needs to be fixed.

It was a wonderful stay, enjoyed the new rooms, well lit, clean and comfy. The location is very near to police bazar. The whole team and management was wonderful to us. Overall enjoyed my stay. Just a suggestion need a cupboard in the room, hope it will be there in the next visit.

Overall the Abode - The Residency was good for a budget stay. But there was frequent power cuts. Rooms were clean and with all the amenities.

The hospitality was very good. Enjoyed my time over there. Pb is walking distance from the property, it hardly takes 10 mins. Overall very good experience.

Comfortable stay! just 5mins walking distance from the market. The check-in process was very smooth and sirjana on the front desk was very helpful. The rooms are spacious and neat. Good wifi connection. There is absolute privacy.

Great place and people. Only thing is late night entry needs to be open so that it is easy for business people to. Otherwise very good.

Had a excellent stay. Nice and would recommend. Located near police bazaar and next to secretariat and state central library. Food options next door limited but police bazaar is only a walk away and what better than to enjoy shillong weather.

Good and decent room. Near to police bazaar. Room was spacious and clean. Small window in comparison to the other rooms i saw.

Staff was cordial. Clean room, was happy with quality of bathroom. Lobby was spacious. Room size could be a little bigger but was still comfortable

Excellent stay. Good budget rooms. The guard below assisted in parking my vehicle. Had stayed in thier newly constructed rooms, were comfortable had good bathroom, room was spacious.

The staff are hospitable. The parking lot is safe and spacious. There is a sweet little balcony. That place is a perfect value for your money.
