I recently had the pleasure of staying at Accord Puducherry, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, who ensured a smooth check-in process. The ambiance of the Accord was inviting, with elegant decor and a soothing atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The room I stayed in was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep, and the housekeeping staff maintained the room impeccably throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious food served at the Accord’s restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety, catering to different tastes with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The in-room dining service was prompt, and every meal I had was a delight. Overall, my stay at Accord exceeded all expectations. The hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and top-notch services made it a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this Accord to anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay. I will definitely return on my next visit!

Contrary to my expectations, accord puducherry turned out to be way smaller than accord chennai. But the quality of the stay and service levels were just on par. I stayed here with family for a day. The buffet lunch and the complementary buffet breakfast at seasons had excellent variety. As for location, it's at a junction with some weird signalling. It's quite a task to take out your vehicle, unless you get help from the Accord security. Overall, i highly recommend a stay here.

Very beautifully designed business Accord. Rooms are quite specious and comfortable. Staff is very courteous, quite friendly and accommodating for family & kids. Main highlights are - m floor kids play area- kids will love it. Even adults will find it quite exciting. They provide free play zone coins for games. Lift security system to access rooms food was great. The buffet spread was really nice and with a touch of authentic local cuisine options. Overall great experience

Kannan, umang and ayyappan provided us top notch service. We are delighted to stay in this awesome property. The hospitality is remarkable and the entire staff behaviour was superb. We are highly thankful to accord management and entire staff for making our stay pleasant one. Also the food is awesome and delicious. Breakfast buffet has a wide spread and has all cuisines.

Just met the expectation, arranged extra kids bed as promised, ordered pizzas for dinner best pizza tasted in this part of the world. Morning breakfast spread was huge with so many items catering for both Veg. and Nonveg lovers. Only downside was no mini bridge available

Prime location, easy accessibility, comfortable fast check in procees, rooms are clean and spacious, the staffs shows good hospitality, served tasty foods, we enjoyed the brewery and beer at the 4th floor restaurant. Very comfortable stay.

They care for you from heart. They make you feel special by doing small but caring gestures like arranging balloons for kids in room and cake on birthday/anniversary. prompt service is available 24x7.
