Accord HighLand

A very pleasant and comfortable stay. Room is quite spacious and the food is just amazing! They also have a "Tea kadai" service which is a complimentary high tea wherein they serve different varieties of tea/coffee and snacks. Kudos to their hospitality! We never utilized the indoor and outdoor games facilities in the other resorts we stayed and also saw very few ppl using it, mostly corporate groups. But here, they are so welcoming that we ended up playing a lot of games. The location is also beautiful, away from the city buzz, perfect for a staycation!

Excellent service, very friendly great food. Very clean rooms. We had an amazing experience playing games, dancing and interacting with other guests. The view from the Accord HighLand room is superb relaxing and in the laptop of nature. They have planned tours around Ooty and Coonoor. They provide reasonable can services. The buffet breakfast layout is excellent. Very good wifi sevice. This Accord HighLand is at the top most point of Ooty very close to Doddabetta Peak. Whenever I come back to Ooty I will stay here for sure.

The location is undoubtedly amazing! The food was very delicious. The service is excellent. yet I choose to say it's good instead of great only because they choose to neglect the housekeeping. I had to inform them that they have not changed the bedsheet of the room allotted to us which was a very unhygienic thing to do. And there was no water in the room so again I had to ask for it. Everything is great but you need to ensure looking into the housekeeping part to avoid such unpleasant instances.

The Accord HighLand provided all the necessary amenities and thoughtful complimentary services, ensuring a comfortable stay. The kids’ play area was a fantastic addition, keeping the little ones entertained. The food was outstanding—every dish was flavorful and mouthwatering. From start to finish, it was a delightful experience. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Accord Highland! The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. The evening engagement at the Accord HighLand was a delightful experience, with the manager bringing great energy to the bonfire, keeping both kids and adults entertained. Despite the long weekend rush causing some delays in food service, everything else was wonderful. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would highly recommend it!

It's very kid friendly and provided free milk and dinner for kid. They provided complimentry hi tea with snacks and cookies each day during the stay. Very friendly and professional staffs. The Accord HighLand is not in the main city area which makes it less noisy and better views from the room. The rooms are pretty decent, good enough for a couple and kid to share a room. Service was good, overall. Breakfast options were good too. Although i feel i paid a lot for the Accord HighLand. Maybe due to peak season or last minute booking. Overall a decent stay

Service is excellent. Rooms are very good and comfortable. Morning complementary breakfast is too good. We were allowed to check in early at 9 am itself which was really impressive. Overall a excellent stay with plea-sent experience.

The location of the property is excellent. it's very close to doddabetta peak. the amenities were average - there is no lift service, the food was average and the service timelines was average as well. overall, the price we paid was well over what it deserves

Amazing property to stay. Well groomed and helpful staff. Food was also good. Took good care of my 4 year old kid.

It was one of the better experiences. The staff if extremely courteous and kid friendly. Lots of engagement activities planned for kids and adults. Food is very good too!
