Terrible Stay

The room was booked for 3 adults but they gave a small room for 2. Later when asked they gave an extra bed. We paid along with breakfast but there is no breakfast here. The booking details in bookmytrip showed there was covered car parking but there is no car parking here. The ac was also not working. Very poor service and the place is not very well maintained

Even after having an option of flexible check-in, the owner charged me extra in cash for early check-in even after i checked out early almost 8 hours before.

All hotel industry will have standard check in & check out timings. For early check in, we have to block the room from the previous date, which is chargeable.
