Beautiful place and loved it. Food was bit expensive but stay was so cozy and reasonable

Stay was pleasant.Staf was humble and cooperative..Rooms were not well maintained..Internet was not working as it must be because No mobile network works there except Jio.Lover level rooms have electrical fiting problems..Switches not working..Intercom not working..food is too expensive

It was nice but firstly the room were not clean the staff were not responding after that we called owner then they cleaned the room

Bad ratings for the following reasons ; Overpriced Food - Neighbour properties are offering good food on better price. They’re charging five star rates and not even offering discount of a penny. Non Cooperative Atiutude - We requested to complimentary upgrade our room as the entire hotel was vacant. They refuse that request upfront and demanded to pay extra for the upgraded room. Which we anyways did by paying extra. Location - You can find better location in the lesser price in very close proximity.

The acorn cottage of good experience but bonfire not provide, food is very expensive and parking was a bit far from the cottage

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was far from a pleasant experience. The hospitality was shockingly poor, with the staff displaying little to no interest in assisting guests. The rooms were not well-maintained—stained linens, dusty furniture, and a strange odor made it hard to feel comfortable. The bathroom facilities were below standard, with broken fixtures and questionable cleanliness.

Stay is good location is very good but food rates are soo high staff is cooperative good vibes beautiful place to stay at least two days

We had booked this place in Diwali holidays. This is a perfect place for people who want a peaceful break and with best scenic view. Best parts: 1. West facing property with one of the best view of valley and sunset. 2. Staff is very friendly and is very helpful. 3. One of the best view of sunset in valley that I have seen right outside your room. 4. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Could be better: 1. I couldn't find a board calling out Hotel's name anywhere. I couldn't find the place and couldn't call the hotel people as Airtel does not have network in Pangot. Finally followed another guy who was also searching same hotel. 2. Bathrooms were leaky. Washbasin had water leaking. 3. Linens were not clean and had stain marks. Things one should know: 1. Airtel did not have network here but Jio did. Do have options if you need coverage. Hotel has wifi so can be managed at hotel. 2. Hotel's access road is not meant for car. Do call the staff as parking is far off from the hotel. Google maps might not be helpful in locating the property

It was a beautiful hotel near pangot market. Totally recommended. Beautiful rooms and beautiful ambience.

Manager was so mean he always try to pinch you in every condition and make money and all laundry was so so dirty and smelly cutlery condition was also the same...

Pros : the mountain view was great. Staff were very good. Food was good except tea. Cons : the telephone was not there for ordering food or anything. I had to go upstairs for everything i needed. Tea was not good. Manager was very nice but seemed less attentive. Should i add now

Very good location, but service not upto mark, bedsheet dirty, pilow was dirty, room was ok, bathroom is just ok, restaurant service was very poor, no intercom in the room, no wifi working

No sanitation taken care of; utmost unsatisfactory experience

The hotel was a total disappointment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff couldn't care less about customer service. The rooms was untidy. The bed felt like sleeping on a pile of rocks, and the sheets were suspiciously stained. The room was filthy with stained blanket and bedsheets. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks, and there were hairs all over the bed. The food that we order was tasteless. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. To top it off, they charged more than the price they mentioned in the menu, later complaining about it, they reduce the price to the actual amount so be careful from these kind of fraud. I requested for extra bedding for my 15th old month, daughter and they gave me a thermocol to sleep. This is insane.

Water system not good food quality not good and very poor service tv not working properly

I stayed at this place for 2 nights pros are good location, tasty food and neat and clean rooms. Talking about the cons very pricey food (even more than nainital and sigri, no provision of power back up and though washrooms are clean but they are smelly at the same time.
