Poor ambiance, old fashioned, wont say 2star hotel also.. old interior……. Staff is helpful.. ok for budget friendly options

very poor service. thry have shortage of manpower. takes time when you order something. nobody attends calls, it keeps ringining or busy. call back facility not there. you have to pick up your own luggage, no conceirege

Its was a terrible, They didn’t placed bath towels, after requesting with attitude the house keeping attendant placed the towels. The bathroom was tooo dirty better public toilets are good i think soo The bathroom door was not locking properly Ac was not effective Too dirty hotel worst stay ever

Room wasn't clean and even basic stuff like water wasn't kept in the room. Would not recommend this as there are better properties around

The Hotel is well located at the city center. Commute easily by Metro and Cab. The staff is very co-operative. The breakfast was delicious. Some reformation is ongoing in infrastructure.

Location: Perfect Food: Ok Ok Amenities: old and outdated. TV was all the while throwing a grrr sound when on. Toilets became flooded after each bath. No rodents Work was ongoing in other floors and sleep was mostly disturbed during the day, due to ongoing work. Service: mostly quick and immediate

It’s a budget hotel and not so good surrounding area. Rooms not as per description, beds certainly not king size. Aesthetically also below standard. Food was the worst. The high price doesn’t at all justify the overall quality.

The management and the staff are not good its a worst experience from the stay

Everything is fine but one of the employee in hotel having some issue I don't know but questioning who the hell to ask questions that you are couple or not I am following the norms of the hotel right

Location is average but in middle of the city. Looking at the rooms i find hotel overpriced. Only because of Sarovar brand its maintained, clean etc.

Food was good and staff very supportive and attentive. Cleaning & Hygiene was good, but i didn't received the complimentary fruit basket in my room.
