Very poor rooms. Dirty. Cockroaches are found in the room.

Services was not good , not ready to give towel of good condition blanket was not good , room was stinking.

The stay was not good compared to the price. There was no person at the reception. The staffs are unorganised and lacks professional behaviour. The room was very untidy and the wall has paints coming off. The bedsheets and pillow looks old. The washroom was not properly cleaned. The food was not good. There is no point paying this much amount for this kinds of room and service.

The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious.The location of the hotel was perfect with easy access to everything. I enjoyed the food. The presentation of the food was very appealing and everything looked fresh on a plate. The hotel staff was helpful, making my stay pleasant.

Stay is good and the management was good as well. The location is prime for communication to any place

First of all the staffs are very unprofessional and secondly for the amount that they are charging; one expects a clean & hygienic room; which was not the case here at all. There were cigarette bud holes in the curtain; in some sections of the blanket; no toilet roll paper or other electrical amenities as mentioned in the booking were available. The soap bar and shampoos used by the previous guest were not cleaned by the house keeping staff, it was lying in the bathroom. Geyser wasn’t working. Also kindly don’t book complimentary breakfast service because the staff takes forever to prepare it and the taste of the food that’s prepared is also below average. Lastly reception desk staffs are also very unprofessional, and I’d request all of them to attend some classes on hotel management and hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone visiting Dibrugarh unless they have an emergency especially a medical one because most of the hospitals and AMCH is at walking distance; probably the only plus point and positive review that I can think of for this hotel- location and security. Very poor and horrible experience. Not recommending this place to anyone.

a bit expensive when compared to the service received...hotel staff won't even leave you till your room upon arrival, room didn't have any water kettle to make own tea/coffee, could hve provided better blankets. other than that the rooms were clean, geyser was in working condition, room service available, food was okay.

Costly, without much amenities. No complimentry breakfast, water, kettle and poor quality food.

The behaviour of the person in the reception wasn’t good. When i asked for giving a gst bill after my check out he misbehaved me and used slang languages. They didn’t give me the gst bill even they told me they couldn’t be able to give the gst bill and the person in the reception shouted at me. It was completely unprofessional. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Complimentary breakfast should be opened in right schedule time. Kitchen was not opened till 8-am. Please look in to the matter.

Our booking had breakfast included but later they told us breakfast won’t be served to non ac rooms. No proper sanitation, even the bed sheets had holes

I booking a non ac deluxe room and paid an extra rs. 300 for a complementary breakfast. However, the hotel manager refused to give a complementary breakfast. And as there was non availability of the type of room we booked. They provide us another type of room with a clogged drain and lots of dirty smells.

Average, food is not soo good, overall it is ok ok

When we checked in the hotel at night the receptionist told us the lift was not working. And the booked rooms are on 3rd and 4th floor. It was not possible to walk up and down the stairs as we were all very tired. I asked the receptionist to cancel the booking, to which he said that you have booked thru make my trip so you contact them i tried to contact make my trip and tried for 15 minutes to get in touch with customer care. But the automated response of the system kept telling me that the customer care will call you the next day after 11am. What am i going to do talking to customer care next day when the problem had to be solved immediately. Please all think twice before using make my trip. Out of 2 rooms we had booked one of the bathroom windows was broken so we had to cover with a towel to make the bathroom usable.

Overall stay was ok, but geyser in the bathroom was not working. Service staff takes long time to respond sometime but staff people were generally good and kind.
