The Host and his family are warm, welcoming, and go out of their way to make guests feel at home. The Food & Dining is delicious, and guests can enjoy home-cooked meals with the family. The Room is cozy and comfortable, and the property is kept spotlessly clean, ensuring high Cleanliness standards.

  The property is located in a peaceful area between town center and peace pagoda. It is at the highest altitude in Darjeeling and offers beautiful views of the mountains. The location is perfect and really easy to find and get to from the directions given. It is a bit of a trek to reach this place, but the climb is worth it. The property is away from the hustle-bustle of the city and provides a serene environment. It is within easy walking distance of the town and market.

  The hospitality of the hosts was wonderful, in fact, the best experienced in an Airbnb stay. The host is a wonderful person, very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The whole family is very kind and generous. The host is responsive, helpful, and goes out of his way to make every guest welcome. The host is a true gentleman and a super cool person. The family members are warm, welcoming, and speak fluent English. The host and his family really make the guests feel at home.

• Food & Dining

  The food cooked by the host's mother is delicious and filling. The home-cooked meals by request are amongst some of the most delicious in India. The meals are reasonably priced. The host's mother spent time talking with the guests about the recipes. The food is yummy and the Darjeeling tea is sweet. The host shared his evening meals with the guests. The host's mother is a great cook and made us yummy local food. The meals are a highlight of the stay.

The room is faultlessly clean and cosy. The room is a bit small but comfortable. The room is a snug warm room, very welcome when the weather is cool and damp.
