Good property. Good food. Good hospitality. Reception staff acknowledged very well. Thanks to make my trip service they responded promptly and managed to give us better property.

We didn't stay there at all. We couldn't cancel that too. Horrible room

Room was not at all clean, beds were horrible, only bed sheet was looking good. Bathroom was we cant even get into it. Reception guy was arrogant. We had to book another hotel and immediately leave because of these.

Upon arriving at the property, i was informed that rooms were unavailable. I promptly reached out to mmt customer care, and they swiftly addressed the issue.

Hotel adyar residency:dirty rooms, inadequate ventilation, unclean bedding, and terrible service. It's not worth the money. Avoid for a more comfortable stay elsewhere.

Room and toilet was smelly small and no amenities

Ugly entrance and decency. Reception area ugly. Poor ventilation in room. Felt like staying in a jail.

Comfortable stay. Found to be reasonable price for the locality and facility. Room service and communication needs improvement

The room i stayed in was manageable. However the toilet lacked cleanliness and no toiletries were present. Also, the hotel building is quite close to the highway, literally bringing in traffic noise. Personally, i would suggest this for solo travelers who just want a sleeping space for short travels.

No one present at reception, you have to telephone every time one needs any thing while checking out no one at reception one has to carry the luggage upstairs since there is no lift

The hotel is good and the staff were polite and good.. had a great stay. thank you! As compared to cost it's good👍
