coupleTorn bedsheets, old and stained pillow cover and towels, bathroom shower never worked. No hot water. They provided us in bucket but mug was very dirty like 3 year old and requested them to change it. It's not worth 3 star property. Room allotted to us first didnt had curtains and they said have sent for washing. On complaint they gave another room but it had above issues. I would suggest to avoid this hotel as their are much better options in udaipur.

Hello sir, sorry for inconvenience caused by us but as per our records all the television and wifi were working. We do have special technician team they randomly checks all the electrical appliances everyday. As per my manager Babu lal, you also did not called us for check up of television or wifi connection, our all rooms come with Tatasky set up box for guest best experience and it is hard to believe that your television was not working.
