Room very poor .. asking extra money Very poor no security

Very poor. Booked one Twin Super Deluxe AC room but got one cooler room. Booking was confirmed in your App but actually it was not confirmed as per the hotel manager. It may happen sometimes though I am not satisfied at all.

After reaching Raipur I contacted property owner Nitin agrawal on a given number at make my trip 17 times. He didn't pick up. on 18th call, he picked up but spoke very rudely and threatened me and kept insisted to cancel the stay. I silently put down the phone and stayed some other place. I went to make my trip site but I couldn't see the option of cancellation. My money wasted and felt so humiliated. In night I had to roam around to find a place to stay. So horrible

I booked for twin super deluxe ac room, but the room that i got did not match any facilities as per mention on behalf of that room

Not at all worthy to stay, not at all clean, the fan was not working, when asked about it, the fan was changed that fan too was dirty, ac too was very dirty, which was cleaned after complaining.

1. In 4 days of stay, no one bothered to clean the room 2. There was no towel provided 3. Rooms were good and spacious 4. Sufficient ro water available

The guest house is under the maintenance n heigiene was an issue. But the owner response was nice. There was no hot water facility in deluxe room.

Location is good, near by homely food available in good rate. Owner response is supportive.

It was a quiet place and the location was near to mini market but hygiene was pooorrrr.

Awesome experience, worth the money spent. Very coordinating staff. Best location opposite to mini market main road. All amenities are available nearby and in case of emergencies the staff helps a lot. The connectivity is awesome within the city and even the airport isnt far away.

Well maintained, the staff was very kind, helpful to give any support. Really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.

Hands down the best experience i had during my stay. If you are here for any businesd or leisure trip and want a place near by, this is hands down best guest house. Damn beautiful greenery all around, hygiene, friendly and very convenient.

I found this property near to the raipur airport in comparison to other options displayed at site. As far as the stay is concerned it was a very warm stay. Very decent staff and all basic amenities were provided. Highly recommended.

Very very nice guest house, the food, breakfast, services are all very good here. The best thing is that mantralaya is located at a distance of 3kilometer from the property. Due to which there is no tension to travel. Agarwal guest house atmosphere is like family. Very has been cooperative and caring throughout. Highly recommended.

Amazing city as well as the accommodation was very pleasant. The staff was very courteous and their dal tadka is something i will crave for in the times to come. Plethora of facilities at this rate. Television was misbehaving at times. Apart from that a wonderful stay altogether.
