Ahuja Residency Parklane,Dlf Phase I

Hi, we reached hotel at 3 pm and they gave us the room keys but once we reached the room it was messed up as it was not cleaned after previous stay. We had to wait in a place which was not even having ac. Imagine you are driving for 300kms in summer and once you reach hotel the stay is not ready. Plus when we asked them for hotel invoice for billing they said it will be sent later. Had to follow for 3-4 days and then they said we can’t provide you the hotel invoice. I had to call mm t and then only got the invoice.

Stay and hospitality was really nice. It's really safe for women who is traveling alone. Amenities was good

It's a decent property for a single day business stay. The hygine can be better. The room had leftovers from previous stay like half consumed water bottle and half used tolitries.

Price was high according to the property and they charged more than the rate of the room. Pls don’t go there

I had an extremely comfortable stay here. The staffs as well as the desk managers were extremely polite and helpful. The property location is awesome. The amenities provided were adequate to make my stay here a memorable one. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Would love to come back here again.

The rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable beds. The food was really good and service was quick. Nice neighbourhood. Stayed here with my husband for one night and was satisfied.

Location is excellent, nice area, shopping centres max 10 mins drive. But small cocroaches coming out of drain at night. Staff very helpful and polite, breakfast fresh, receptionist. Very good, cleaners good, dining hall staff good.

Rooms have become dingy and unclean ever since new management/ staff has come in, worn out linens, lack of room cleanliness - will think twice before staying the next time!

Property is good. Little difficult to locate but nice place. Room are spacious

Food of the hotel is good and the concern is the lit bit cleanliness in the hotel. Staff is also very good. No that’s all i have to say overall experience with the hotel is nice.

They charge me a water bottle of 20 rs as 65 rs. No water bottle in the room. They created a scene of ordering food from outside. The person at the front desk was rude

Very clean and good location. Easily accessible and secluded enough at the same time. Would recommend if staying for a duration and do not want to spend a bomb on it
