I stayed in this hotel along with my family. a perfect hotel for family, net & clean rooms , nice hospitality, centrally located and everything is within one km range. Elephant safari or Jeep safari.

Stay was average as we got a room on the ground floor. The room amenities are great, but could not access hot water in washroom. The hotel and restaurant ambiance are nice one. It seems they need more staffs to ensure better services. Otherwise the hotel is located in great location.

Hello Sir, Greetings from Airavat Kaziranga. As we went through your review, we have certain clarification so that other guest can't be misguided. First of all you booked our basic category room which we have on our ground floor, we do have other categories of room on upper floor which would be provided on extra charges if asked.(Depends on availability). Secondly, we have hot water access in all of our rooms which are functioning very well. Maybe you were unable to get how to use it, if asked any of our staff member then they would surely help you. Without raising a issue on the spot and complaining later wont help. We have enough staff to ensure good customer service. However we're extremely sorry for the experience you had also we'll suggest you to speak up whenever you have an issue. Hope you see you again in our hotel. Thank You!

Dirty blanket and bedspread.

familyThe bedsheet and the blanket provided was not clean. It had lots of dirt/ stains on it. Upon arrival no one was present to carry the luggage in, had to go in the reception and ask for a bellboy.

Hello Sir, We're deeply apologetic for the experience you had. However your complaint about dirty bedsheets is really surprising for us as this the first complaint we have received till date. Moreover you didn't even tell anyone if it was really full of stains. we would have changed the bedsheet or room. And as far as bellboy is concern, you anyway have to go reception first so that we can know you're a guest in our hotel room. We have a very helpful staff but if you don't say anything how come we'll know.

5. Its a good option to stay especially for people who prefer pure veg food. Its very close to the central gate safari and market area. Service is good and the deluxe room was quite spacious. Food is good and hygiene is well maintained.

We stayed for two nights at hotel airavat kaziranga, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The staff were well-behaved, courteous, and very supportive throughout our stay. We enjoyed the vegetarian meals, which were fresh and well-prepared. However, the breakfast quality could be improved. Despite that, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would recommend for those looking for a calm and pleasant place in kaziranga. ”
