very good stay. reached 1.30 am, the receiption got confused about date, but later managed

There were power cuts in between my stay. No proper blankets were provided which is very basic. We were two people and couldn't get a proper blankets to sleep.The power went off and we have to sit inside hot and dark. I have never experienced something like this before during any of my stays .

Was a good place to stay.It was clean and the staff were welcoming. Would recommend the place

great place for solo and family stay. situated in the center which makes it easy to travel across. Private Bustand and Public transport stand at just 10mins walk. All places for shopping is just a walkable distance, if you need Gold, Silk sarees then Allukas , Malabar, and all big brands are just a walkable distance.

I had a great experience at AIRCO. The room was quite spacious and open to portico. We will not feel claustrophobic like similar hotels.

Using google map, Centrally located, Easily accessible to any part of the city. Stay was comfortable. Good Ambience...

Really clean room, but old room with less facilities.. but worth the price. Toiletries should be asked to get otherwise they won't provide. No in house restaurant facility but alow outside food so no issues

To inform arrival time, we could not reach the stay over the phone. Even makemytrip could not reach them. Till i reaches the location, mmy follows me for my reach. On location, the receptionist does not understand any language and somewhat he finds my name and gave the key. The setup may be good upon starting, but now due to poor maintenance, not recommended for family. Found cockroaches in the bathroom.

Good place to stay for family as well as solo travellers. They have multiple types of room to fit your budget. Location is the advantage being placed at the center making it easy to commute anywhere. Tiruvalla Bus Stand and railway station is 8/10 mins walking distance. Pushpegeri hospital is just 7 mins walk in case you are visiting this place for anyone's treatment. I would surely recommend this hotel.

The service good, it is located in a very convenient place, clean and organized. Near the main bus station.

I had an amazing experience in air-co le grand inn, the room was spacious, the washroom was clean. The service of the staff was extemporary.

It was okay. Many things can be improved. The location is good. Did not have food from there. The amenities and services were usual, nothing extraordinary. A/c remote and tv remote seemed not to work. No hot water. Sofa was hard. Bathroom light switch was hard to discover. Rest of the things were fine like bed and working plug points for charging.

The hotel is value for money and in a very good city location. Everything is accessible very easily, be it online food, clothing, kids needs... Hotel staff is also very nice and decent.
