We feel very good in your resort. Rooms are very nice, cleaning is less, very good, and also food is very hygienic and good. We will look forward to coming again.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet even the most basic expectations, and I feel compelled to share my feedback in the hope that improvements can be made. Firstly, the food arrangements were extremely poor. The quality and variety were unacceptable for a hotel of your supposed standard. Meals were often cold, lacked flavor, and in some cases, appeared stale or poorly prepared. For guests expecting a comfortable and satisfying experience, this was simply unacceptable. Secondly, and equally troubling, was the lack of staff friendliness and professionalism. Not only was the service inattentive, but on several occasions, I encountered staff who were unhelpful, indifferent, or even outright rude. Basic requests were either ignored or met with visible annoyance, making the stay feel unwelcoming and stressful. Overall, this stay was far below the standards one would expect from a reputable hotel. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to improve both your food service and staff training. Guest comfort and hospitality should be your top priorities. I would appreciate a response and hope to see tangible improvements in the future.

Food is good. Excellent location and stunning elvirw of emerald lake

Excellent location. Good service. However lack of heating equipment, room coffee/tea sachets, slippers and dental kits was a little disappointing.

nice place, nice room, nice view,. carry all the necessary things you need,. no no hotels no shops no medical store near the place,.

Good stay!! Peaceful place. Pls see if can you check repair the washroom flush. Food options are limited but taste if homely.

Its very bad experience, the foods were worst, even it’s dangerous to stay in monsoon because of the landslide which happen in the way to hotel

Very worst experience If we book it will take fake booking and which place we have booked we will not receive the rooms and they will arrange room which not comfortable and not seen also which is very disappointing this time.

Worth travelling around 10 kms away from Centre of Ooty ..Wake up in the lap of nature type feeling..Nice food & reasonably priced. Morning Tea was available after 7:30 AM was the only negative for me.

The place was amazing with scenic natural view moreover the staff was very good in behaviour and food quality was quite good enough

The only best part of this hotel is the view. The service is pathetic. There is no reception. There are just three staffs in the entire resort. Morning and evening tea can’t be served because the chefs are busy making dinner and breakfast. Even the dinner order has to be placed by 4. The guy who sits at the reception, he neither understands good English nor Hindi. It was so so difficult to communicate with him. He has been extremely rude and annoying this whole while and not at all supportive. The only feedback i have is, If you want the best view in Ooty, please go to this place. But expect no good service.

The property is quite good and scenic.Beautiful location.Little outside the city. But worth it

The location is situated at very remote area. Its good for travelling in own vehicle. The food is average.
