AJ GRAND ELITE HOTEL

The AJ GRAND ELITE HOTEL is just like a 5-star AJ GRAND ELITE HOTEL at the price of a 3-star AJ GRAND ELITE HOTEL. Very neat and clean, with a swimming pool, spacious rooms, all toiletries, good view from the room, very large parking area, proximity to the mangluru junction railway station - what more can one ask. The staff also was very congenial, proactively arranged packed breakfast as early as 04:30 am in the morning, because we were to check out then. And to cap it all, very smooth booking process with mmt. Flexible enough to allow me to pay 48 hours after my booking request was submitted. So, strongly recommended AJ GRAND ELITE HOTEL to stay in mangaluru and to book through mmt.

Property is beautifully developed, hope the house keeping staff maintain it properly. A request to the management to ask Mr. Julius the manager who sits at the reception to be polite with the customer. I stayed in the property for two days and was very happy with services of the staffs, but on the day of check out I had politely asked Julius whether its possible to do late check out, within second RUDELY he replied its not possible, which he could have said politely. Later while checking out when i contacted the reception the lady who was with him said he was in tension, hence he must have behaved like that.

I had a pleasant stay at the AJ GRAND ELITE HOTEL for 2 days. The staff were polite and professional. Additionally, the AJ GRAND ELITE HOTEL served good food, with separate restaurants for vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Staff were very helpful. We plan to visit again soon. Our stay was very comfortable, the deluxe room was clean and spacious what we also enjoyed was the food at their inhouse restaurant madhuvan. It's hygienic, value for money and ambience is good too. The parking space is huge. The swimming pool has a good length and is clean. Thanks.
