AJ Grand Hotel

I recently stayed at this AJ Grand Hotel and was impressed by the classy and aesthetic design of the room. I had booked a deluxe category room, but i was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to an executive room at no additional cost, which was much appreciated. The room service was good, and the food was nice. I also requested a late check-out, which was happily accommodated. However, the fragrance inside the room could be improved as it wasn't as pleasant as i had hoped. Overall, it was a good stay with some room for enhancement in the ambiance.

Absolutely brilliant service! the AJ Grand Hotel excels in almost all aspects. The staff is warm and accommodating, the rooms were clean and nice. There is valet parking and what’s surprising is they even clean the car while bringing it from valet parking. The AJ Grand Hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. It’s also located at a convenient location in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. We tried 2 restaurants and the quality of service and food was really good.

Property is located in a prime location. The food was good. Indian cuisine and the breakfast spread were decent and tasty. But when it comes to continental, not much of options are available on the menu, and quality takes a bad hit. No continental items on the breakfast spread. Staff were very courteous and good. Maintenance of bathroom fittings not upto the mark. Had a clogged and leaking shower head. Toilet and toilet seat upkeep needs to be improved.

Stay was good. Restaurant and food was also very good. Rooms are spacious and all facilities available. But only problem is CLEANING. Hotel management should instruct the manager to take care of these things. Toilets and bathrooms were not clean. Rooms also filled with dust and hairs . Corners not cleaned properly. Lot of dust in corridors. So utmost importance should be given to cleaning. Everything was ok except this.😊

It is located in an excellent and prime location in mangaluru. Institutions, restaurants, and business centres surround the property. The breakfast served was fantastic and tasty. The food spread, and service was satisfying. The ambience and hygiene levels are superb. The rooms are very spacious, with neat, clean linens and towels. I highly recommend it to everyone for their stay.

Property’s location is in the heart of the city. I liked the room decor, the toilet and shower placement. The multi-cuisine restaurant had some nice lucknowi feast at the time which i enjoyed. Lounge and bar is top class with good selection of cocktails. I feel the spa facilities need to improve for guests as it wasn’t appealing !

Our family had a pleasant stay at aj, nice location which is very near to the city centre and to other restuarants like maharaja. Had a decent breakfast in madhuvan the veg restuarant, overall a good experience, the staff needs to check and clean the wardrobes after the guests leave, which was not done in case of our room though.

The room that i was given was right opposite the room where staff stored their cleaning supplies. I could hear the opposite rooms door open and slam shut the whole day. It was a bit annoying. Apart from that the room cleanliness etc was great. Everything was smooth. Only i wish i had a better view since i was living alone.

It was good to stay very comfortable. Nice.

The stay was very good. Very clean AJ Grand Hotel. Available amenities were very good. Excellent kitchen, all food that we tried were very good. All the people working in the AJ Grand Hotel were very friendly and easy to talk to.

Rooms are neat n clean need to take care of breakfast

The rooms are exceptionally neat, beautiful. There are non-veg and veg restaurants with in the AJ Grand Hotel. We had dinner at the veg restaurant, and it was awesome. The morning breakfast was buffet. We got nice idli, dosa, puri, bread, butter, coffee, tea etc. The room service was top notch. Value for money.

Staff was very good and also the food was location of the AJ Grand Hotel is very good. The services provided was excellent.

Easy to locate, very good property with all amenities, property has separate veg and multi cuisine restaurant in the ground floor itself. Rooms are spacious, very comfortable and satisfied with my stay.
