Location was good but rooms where small , staff was polite and food was also good

So, the stay was very comfortable, Staff was very polite and friendly and helped me to find my exam centre near them. Food are bit overpriced ( i mean they need to update their menu prices as they show old but charge new) but tastes so good. Location is very near to my examination centre, it was a walkable distance. The facilities were too good including wifi, Hotwater and air conditioning. That’s all That’s a good stay for me

The room was congested but clean. they have to use room spray at least because the rooms don't have ventilation.

Good location, spacious and clean room, but almost nil amenities , no mineral water, no shampoo etc. No kitchen , room service through third party so takes lots of time to serve.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel welcome right away. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout my stay.

Room was very small also TV was not working. They must have mentioned that they won’t allow couples they were forcing on certificate I had to show them my marriage photos I did show entire album.

The room was average good not value for money but staff is very cooperative and service also very good but small in size, in the matter of my complain it fou mm t is very irresponsible to there customer mm t should confirm what facility is showing hotel, guest actually getting or not mm t only selling the room without knowing the actual quality of room.

The room was clean. It is near csmt and hotels. Coloba mangaldas fashion markets are near by this lodge. The local sight seeing bus is coming this lodge and drop near by this lodge.

The room allotted to me was not clean and neat. Bed sheets was having hairs and dirty stains over it. When requested to change the bed sheets. They ignored my request. Not ready to change it and asked to stay there only. Finally after lot of struggle. They have allotted me another room, but was at lesser budget which i booked actually. The carpet area of the room was reduced. I booked premium, and they allotted me ordinary room Really ridiculous. Worst staffs response. Even room boy and receptionist not behaved properly.

Very great hostel living the staff very kindly and nicely, also have perfect location in mumbai for trips!

The room should have been cleaner. Especially the beds. No complementary packed water, had to buy water, did not try food here considering cleanliness so no comments on that.

Check in check out time was not a problem. They allowed us to check in at 8 o clock morning also, room size is bigger but bedsheet, pillow, towel everything stink a lot. Bath tub is there but tap is not working. It was an average stay

Clean and decent rooms. Good for families too. Outside env is not that good, however, stay and rooms are great!

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Location is near by the gateway of india, as it is only 1. 4 kms away, i encountered several issues during my visit. Firstly, i noticed that several amenities were lacking. The absence of a tv remote was inconvenient, as i had to turn on the television manually. Additionally, there was no handwash available in the bathroom, which i believe is a basic necessity. Furthermore, while a bathtub was provided, it was unfortunately not in working condition. I also found the seating arrangements inadequate for working purposes. The chairs provided is normal plastic chairs, which is not comfortable for lengthy use, and the working table was quite small in size, making it difficult to work efficiently. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention.
