We as a group of family had a pleasant stay at aka n and would recommend this to anyone planning to stay in meppadi. Do not expect lot of space like a resort, but this property has most of the facilities for an affordable stay right on the main road. Great service and ample car parking space are the major pros about the Akan Hotel & Residence. We found only one con regarding the property, the maintenance of bathrooms could have been better and sound proofing of rooms needs to be better. Apart from these, we had a good time here. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helped us in planning out small vacation. Location is near meppadi town and there is an in house restaurant as well (we could not try it out.

hi, im realy appreciate make my trip firstly to take akans as part of yours, in a remote area its difficult to find a good room with all features with safe surrounding to stay with family but with the help of make my trip its very quick to find a budget friendly room for me and thanks all staff and mangment of akans once again, will suggest to my friends also and if i have a chance again to visit wayanad surely i will take room in akans. thank you. marvellous stay with cool and mismerizing weather of wayanad... realy enjoyed it.. thanks akans and make my trip🙏

This place is very near to me paid and also some tourist attractions like Soochipura falls and Kanthanpara waterfalls etc. And coming to Akan Hotel & Residence, it has good parking and reception is very cooperative and informative. Especially Umesh is very nice person. Rooms are very very clean and excellent level. Everything is perfectly set. Nice Akan Hotel & Residence in between tea estate.

It is in centre location to both soochipara waterfall and karapuza dam. Rooms are specious. Hot water available all time unlike other small Akan Hotel & Residences. Kettle in the room is required to make early tea or hot water. Overall good experience. Hotel on top is not available for breakfast. Have to go nearby small Akan Hotel & Residence.

great location, fantastic view, wonderful staff and exceptional food. the property is well maintained and room was well cleaned the staff and management are always willing to help. good balcony view and largest car parking in underground in the Akan Hotel & Residence. best location for nearest tourist places.

Property situated at a decent location and interms of room has a great ambience. Has a cozy balcony where couples can chill with view of betel nut trees in the valley and tea plantations grooving along the roads. Overall a great stay

it was wonderful stay in akan , am comfortable with this property. the room looks good ,but mentioned in online the room amenities are not provided at the same in room. the ambiance of the location is awesome 👏 . overall opinion is good 👍🏻

Situated in Meppadi near to DM Wims medical college Kanthapara Falls. Hotel is clean and neat. Restaurant is there but it's more like a cafe. Good one.
