AKARSH VILLA RESORTS

It is beautiful, clean, accessible and safe. Very good service by ismail, Prabhu and cleaning staff. Food offered was hygienic. This Villa is surrounded by greenish trees so good air and atmosphere. Even in the campus, lot of plants are there. It is nearby to city centre and within 1 KM's surrounding, we have lake, lady rest view point and rose garden. Rose garden is amazing for garden lovers. Even during summer, night temperature come down to 19 degrees with rain.

We really had nice experience with this AKARSH VILLA RESORTS. Locality is 3 km away from Yercaud lake. If you have a car then I suggest a stay here. Room is spacious and we have kitchen like set up as well. So if you have a kid it is very useful that you can cook some hot water and all if you carry induction with you. Food prepared by them is too good and hot served. Provided we need to order 30 mins advance. Overall I can say you can opt this AKARSH VILLA RESORTS.

Given budget AKARSH VILLA RESORTS, rooms are more than decent and clean. Very good option for bed and breakfast type stay plan. Location is good - little away from main lake so no noise and walking distance to one of the view points. Staff was friendly - gave us extra mattresses without any fuss. Food was delicious and home made. Not much to do at the AKARSH VILLA RESORTS - only TV. But then you don't go these places to stay inside the room.

1. Value for money. 2. Location is OK if you are coming by car. 1 km from lady seat and lake. Villa is located in between the lake road and lady seat. 3. Near by restaurants not available. Hence we are depended on food provided by resort people. Food is (veg & non veg) good and taste like home food. From car parking to room, we have to get down 3 floor steps and climb 1 floor distance. Hence bit difficult for aged people.

Room was OK, we got budget room and even though Mr. Ismael Babu took care of us very nicely. Food was extremely good and it's like home food. Guys, plus make a note of it. Believe in me, Mr. Ismael Babu gave us 2000 percent better food in house it self with nominal cost. This AKARSH VILLA RESORTS is highly recommended for families. No bachelor's disturbances. Thank you Ismael and MMT for suggesting a good family resort.

1). Rooms are clean and spacious but we were welcomed by spider and cockroach. They should consider pest control. 2). Home made food that the serve on order is nice. 3). Bathrooms are clean with hot and cold water but no toiletries. 4). There was water jug provided in the room with no water. 5). Location is good. Ladies seat 1km approx and Lake around 1. 5 km. Overall okay experience but you can get better options.

The facilities were good. Mr. Prabhu took care of our stay right from taking our bags to our room and providing the water bottles and other needful things. The rooms were clean and also the toilets. The geyser had hot water for only one person to take bath.for the next person has to wait foe at least 10 minutes to heat up again. Nothing much. Thanks much guys.

Went to this AKARSH VILLA RESORTS for a weekend trip. The stay was really good here and the people who were there helped us a lot in planning the sightseeing and other things to be done in Yercaud. Overall experience in this AKARSH VILLA RESORTS was very good. Good value for money and comfortable location to reach.

Beautiful stay, worth every penny. Clean and neat spacious rooms, excellent location, near to most sight-seeing places, good food, courteous staff. I stayed with my infant, they helped in preparing fresh food for my baby. Ambiance of the rooms can be improved.

There is no restaurant however food is prepared based on prior order. Food is good, staff is co-operating. Room interior can be worked out, few of the furniture was slightly damaged.

Facilities are superb. 24hrs. Hot water. Good quality of food. Car parking is also Good. Room service is so nice. Good way of maintanance. Front views are Good. Nice guidance of visiting places.

I wanted to take relax from my stressful work and took a decision to visit Yercaud. This was my third stay at Akarsh villa resort. A great place to stay with serene ambience. Near to bus stand (1 km) and lake (1. 5km) good services and great stay.

They serve home made food at an affordable rate and tastes good. Decent room suits for a small family and maintained neatly. Green environment in front of the villa. Hospitality is good. If you are travelling in your own car, it will suit you. Located on the main road to lady seat & rose garden.

The AKARSH VILLA RESORTS staff were very friendly. They provided good home food. It was a very nice place. Rooms were spacious and neat. It was Very close to Rose Garden. Ample car parking space. Overall, excellent AKARSH VILLA RESORTS to stay.

The location of the resort is inside 3kms from the main bus stop which you feel like it is deserted and not safe. But, the facilities like room service, food is value for money. Everyone in the resort are very decent which makes it above the mark.

Comfortable stay with friends. No AKARSH VILLA RESORTS facilities available readily. We went in the night 10.30 pm. All the food availability is closed. Better to take parcel if going beyond 9 pm as they instructed. Power cut problem. Calm and cool place, enjoyed with friends.
