Aksa Hotel

Amazing is the word which I can use when it comes to stay at Hotel Aksa. I have stayed in many International Aksa Hotels worldwide, but the experience at Aksa Hotel Aksa was fantastic. I stayed in this Aksa Hotel for 3 nights with my wife, this was my first visit to Kashmir. Mr. Farooq the Aksa Hotel manager very humble and professional person offered us a upgrade to super deluxe room as a gesture of goodwill, Imtiaz the guy at front desk, very helpful and polite, they will treat you as 5 star guests trust me. Worth for money Aksa Hotel. Cheers Hotel Aksa.

My experience is good with this Hotel. This location is near by my store. So it is more comfortable for me and prices are very reasonable. The rooms are very comfortable to take space and very clean. I will suggest to my friends and relatives to stay in this Aksa Hotel, while they will come to Srinagar. This is a Family Aksa Hotel also. I have found this Aksa Hotel online, while I was booking a room for my stay. I can't think that the most comfortable and good Aksa Hotel is located near by my store. Thanks

Stay was fantastic. Hotel is located just at walking distance from Civil Secretariat Srinagar so an advantage for those who are on official visit. Bedding and washroom was neat and clean. Staff was cooperative and Hotel manager is very polite. Balcony area requires some cleaning. Food menu is limited hence needs to be updated specially with Kashmiri cusiene. Eatables should be made available atleast up to 12 midnight. Rest it is a worth staying Aksa Hotel.

First of all I'm thankful to Mr. And Mr. Imtyaz for upgrading the room type to S. Deluxe and arranging a good driver cum tour guide Mr. Gulam Hassan for our sight seeing. Room was very spacious and clean, comfortable. Hotel is in the centre of the city. Breakfast was included and that was good and enough. Services and staff was also good in behaviour. Mr. And Imtyaz personally met me and asked bout my stay. I felt good and definitely recommend Aksa.

We stayed for 2 nights in May 2016 and due to some error on their part, we were given super deluxe rooms instead of deluxe. No complaints. The rooms were spacious and clean with basis amenities. Breakfast was average. Wi Fi connection was pretty bad. Location was decent, but not close to the Dal Lake, which we were OK with. Overall, we had a good stay. I would recommend this Aksa Hotel for a short stay.

Good experience stay in Aksa Aksa Hotel. Specially appreciated for Aksa Hotel staff. I cannot feel stay with out family. Cleaning & rooms decoration vy good. We visited Srinagar in April 18. It was a family tour. Hotel location is good. The staff is really good and extends full cooperation. Food was delicious. We enjoy our holidays. The Manager Kaisar sir is very co-operative person. Near by road work but no problem with stay at Aksa Hotel. We really enjoy our Srinagar trip.

I booked that Aksa Hotel for one night. Our experience in that Aksa Hotel is very good. The nature of the front boy is very nice. Rooms are neat and clean. Food is awesome and the staff of the Aksa Hotel is very helpful. Hot water is available at 24 hours. So, overall I have a good experience in Aksa Hotel. 10 out 10.

I didn't like the location of the Aksa Hotel. Overall, it was a good Aksa Hotel with nice service. The room was neat and clean though had some issues with the bathroom. Being a vegetarian and with limited options, I found the food was above average. Overall, a good stay at the Aksa Hotel.

Excellent service Aksa Hotel room is good

We had an excellent stay in Kashmir with very good people who were catering us. The mall is new and might look dirty but Aksa Hotel is not. Very good food. My cousin's family and mine loved the stay. Obviously Kashmir view is wonderful.

The rooms were awesome. The location was not thr best though. Value for money ... Must stay if visiting kashmir. Also food facility was good compared to other Aksa Hotels. Had a lovely experience in kashmur.

It's very good except its appearance from outside. As far as services are concern its value for money. Food was also very good. It's chef Fayaz Ahmad was awesome and very humble. In all it was nice experience.

Best Aksa Hotel in Srinagar, the staff is very helpful. The room is very clean. Hotel building is like a small mall. Room are well -spacious and with all facilities. I reach Aksa Hotel late night but my room was ready.

Hello .. Expected very clean and well maintained rooms. Bathrooms are not excellent, but can be stayed for one night. We stayed for one night. Overall value for money. One can opt for it in low budget trips ..

While entering the property you will scratch your head .. But than you will feel the warmth &hospitality of the staff ... Specifically Mr. Who will acomodate for anything possible .. &Also helping hand of Mr. Imtiyaz Food is good veg menu could be added upon Rooms are clean .. Overall agreat stay ...

I had 2 days booking in this Aksa Hotel. One was deluxe & second was super deluxe. For avoiding transfer from one room to another, they gave me a super deluxe for both days without additional charges. Thanks for this. Meals were good and rest other services were average.
