My stay at Akshay niwas was more than perfect. The rooms were clean and cozy with fabulous interiors. The hospitality and service was amazing, the entire staff was very helpful and welcoming. 10/10 for the entire stay. The pool was great and so was the food. Would definitely visit again.

Room is spacious made beautiful like dream room. Easy to find hotel destination . Service part is not up to the mark . Below expectations . Staff behavior is nice. But again service is pathetic people gone away by 9 Pm . . Nobody will respond after 9pm . No cold drinking water.

My experience was soo bad I don’t like. It’s a house not a hotel if you wanna stay in hotel then don’t choose this. It’s costly and not a good place to stay. In the pictures they showing two houses together but actually it’s less space and everything is fake.

No value for money

We had booked this hotel only for a night and when we reached the hotel we realised it was a small two storey building with total of 10 rooms. Secondly except for us there was no guest in the entire hotel. The rooms are spacious but the towels unclean and toiletries were half used. Do not expect a room service in this hotel. And its a shear waste of money booking this hotel

familyWe did not have any idea about the location and just landed up at Akshay Niwas. We are very happy to share that the staff at the hotel was extremely courteous and helped us in all possible way. Special mention needs to be made of Mr. Jay Singh who gave us a detailed description of things to do at Udaipur. His advice was pretty helpful. The hotel has a homely feel and the sightseeing places are not very far. We asked for simple food and there it was. Thanks Team Akshay Niwas ..

The pool was clean and the rooms were really comfortable. The be reakfast served was delightful: bread. Butter omlet juice and poha: Enjoyed a lot: good for group and c ouple bookings. June is a better time to stay there

Every thing was good but we were denied for room service because all the room service staff were busy. As they were busy in serving breakfast. Lunch and dinner services were not available in hotel ..

Good Hotel and Neatly Maintained Bit Costly

Location of the hotel is bit far from the city center where as in a silent atmosphere. Neatly maintained. Small hotel. Will have very less items as option in the food. Need to order 1hr prior and of limited variety. Staff and hotel is good. No parking facility and no facility for driver to stay.

Manager of the hotel has one job that is to keep the hotel functional. Late room service, dirty pool, rooms not properly cleaned. Hotel is overpriced and offers nothing you would want from a hotel in this price range. The manager even tried to charge us his rates over MMT rates. Overall, don't go for this hotel, you can get way better hotels for the same price range.

Clean hotel and big room

Hotel was very clean and tidy we reached very late in night but staff was waiting and helped us to reach hotel. Very big rooms and lavish bathroom. We had breakfast which was like home very nice food.

Not a great value for money - not good experience

Room was good and cleanliness as well, apart from that all was pathetic, service, everywhere all terms and conditions don't this don't do that, not a value for money and location as well isn't so good no lake view as shown in images. At check in time as well we had to wait for 2 hours. STAFF isn't WELL TRAINED NEITHER GOOD SERVICE. At the end to say don't waste your money please.

Room service was very poor and there was no proper dining arrangement. Good service to us was brought from out side. Overall it was a very poor experience and not worth booking. Infact there were hardly any guests.
