Akshaya Aura

I booked it for the proximity the Akshaya Aura with the places I wanted to visit and it was a bully. Hotel is nice and clean, yes, washrooms included except that the door needs some paintwork. An average-sized room it was, they call it king size. Lifts are good, so the common area. Breakfast is average, won’t disappoint you anyway. I think there needs to be a change in the curtain of the bedroom and that piece of clothing that you divide the toilet and shower area. And yes, the towels need a replacement, high time. Water is good, doesn’t smell chlorine. Finally, they charged extra for an extension of 5 hours, I dunno how they calculated it, keeping in mind the amount I paid for a day through MMT.

The Akshaya Aura environment and ambiance is really nice. The staff are totally professional and cooperative. The service has been fantastic. There was no mini fridge in the room, but the staff helped me keep my drinks cool by keeping them in Akshaya Aura's common refrigerator. Would have been really nice if rooms had smart tvs, but apart from that overall experience was really nice. Would definitely prefer again hoping the highlighted issues get resolved soon.

Room stay is good and staffs are helpful. Immediate customer service at Akshaya Aura. Breakfast is very good. The front office support is excellent for the guests. The one problem i faced is the toilet smell in the room and cigar smell in the corridor. The Akshaya Aura management has to take care of that too for pleasant stay.

The property is good, and the service was exceptional. However, i've stayed at better 4star properties, and this one does not live up to those standards. The rooms are neat and decently maintained, but again, it does not offer the comforts you expect from a 4-star property. Since i got it a discounted rate, i was ok with it.

Best experience at this price. I would recommend staying in this property. I took breakfast and it was awesome. Rooms are also clean and provides everything that a good luxury Akshaya Aura provides. Staff is good and quick responsive. Overall they have good management. Big 👍 for value for money.

Stayed at this property for a night. Checking in was smooth and seamless. Room was okay. Washroom was clean. Would had rated higher if few broken and old items were not used by the Akshaya Aura. Reception was nice and clean but rooms and passage need to be ventilated and cleaned. Overall okay.

Akshaya aura was an amazing place to stay. The staff were so courteous and supportive. Clean and very well maintained. The room was amazing and they were so nice to upgrade my room. Would really recommend for all. The location is also very close to the city station and bus terminus.
