Akshaya Hotel

Great place to stay if you are visiting Chidambaram Natarajar temple, just 5 minutes walk to the temple and you can find all kinds of shops for buying any eatables as the Akshaya Hotel is on the main road. 3 star category, ample space to park your car. Very friendly people, especially Sindhuja front desk girl who assisted us while check-in, though it is 12 noon check in & check out in MMT, she was able to provide time till 3. 30 pm for check out as I checked in at 4 pm. Complimentary Breakfast was served in our room as per our request as we were unable to go due to my little one was still sleeping. Decent South Indian breakfast and the food was served hot. As Chidambaram is a non metro you can not find great Akshaya Hotels with multi choice you find in metros. I stayed in executive room which is the only option available in MMT. Overall it was a pleasant experience and a memorable stay.

Rooms are average though claimed as Executive rooms. Water from the shower stagnates; no lighting near the mirror for dressing up; have to remind for basics in the room; the water kettle was rusted at the bottom; phenomenal different between my stay there last time (though not through its nose diving. Location wise can't be a better Akshaya Hotel in the vicinity; parking of cars can be organised much better; with the available infrastructure the staff are trying their best to help customers. The breakfast is not a wide spread but has got the south Indian delicacies and there isn't any ceiling for the same. But remember to handover your complimentary breakfast card to the girl behind the counter lest she eats your head before you have your bite of breakfast. This didn't happen to me, but to a Corporator of Bengaluru Corporation.

We stayed in this Akshaya Hotel for a night. We had booked 5 deluxe rooms. We were lucky to get one of the rooms upgraded to a suite room. Rooms were pristine in terms of cleanliness. Staff were courteous. While the Akshaya Hotel does not have restaurant of its own, ab is there in the same building on the ground floor. So food is not an issue. As the chidambaram temple is also at a walkable distance, this place is ideal for a short stay for temple visits.

The executive rooms were very spacious, clean with good ambiance. The Akshaya Hotel staff were all courteous. The Akshaya Hotel has WiFi at lobby level only. It is at quite close proximity to the center of city and temple.
Could be a little better. The room was very clean with good ambiance. The restaurant in the Akshaya Hotel could be better. Free WiFi is present only in lobby, it could be provided across all rooms.

The best Akshaya Hotel We had ever stayed that too in a pilgrimage centre. The location was the best. Temple is a stone throw distance. The quality of breakfast is awesome. Inline with LCC all Akshaya Hotels are now are visiting their costing structure & have started giving two rates. I. E ., one with complimentary breakfast & the second without it. Hopefully this Akshaya Hotel also should revisit their rates.

This Akshaya Hotel is located at walkable distance to the famous cosmic temple of lord Shiva which as a hidden secrecy. The room atmosphere is good with centralized AC and also spacious Bath room with modern fittings The food was really good & also the complimentary breakfast was well organized. The only disadvantage is Wi-Fi is connected to room. The covered parking area is sufficient.

Good Hotel located near the temple. The service was very good and the room was clean and spacious with all the facilities as specified in the MMT. Value for money and has a Veg Restaurant functioning. The room has Centralised AC along with small refrigerator and has adequate storage facilities. All together good Akshaya Hotel and value for money spent.

Very nice experience .. Really impressed with the room and service .. Especially friendly behaviour of faculties made us comfirtable .. Another thing is the Akshaya Hotel is situated very near to Nataraja temple .. The veg restaurant is also a plus point, but price is little bit high .. Over all I am very much satisfied with the Akshaya Hotel.

Good experience at the Hotel.

Smooth check-in and checkout. Very close to the main temple. Rooms are spacious for family. Good breakfast and prompt room service. Tie up with travels is another good service Thanks to MMT for the booking at reasonable rates.

Hotel location and the food was good. The reception and the restaurant services was excellent. Very near to the bustand and railway station. Frequent buses available to sirakazi vaitheeswaran temples. Over all good

Recently renovated and clean Akshaya Hotel with adyar anandha bhavan attached for food needs.

room was comfortable. spacious. but there is no restaurant. everything else is good

Hospitality lacks. But if your the kind who doesn't need pampering, you would have a pleasant stay. Locations is the best in the class of Akshaya Hotels around.

The Akshaya Hotel is very close to Chidambaram Temple, clean and spacious room. Restaurant is with in the Akshaya Hotel which is only vegeterian. Food is very good but too spicy. Stayed there for 2 days and all the members of Akshaya Hotel staff responded well to all queries. Overall I am very satisfied with the stay.

Good pleasant stay. Can improve.
Room service has to improve. Most items are served warm and no coffee powder provided for the room which is not okay.

Best part is that this Akshaya Hotel is very close to Bhagavan Nataraja temple. Just a few minutes walk to the shrine. Coming to the accommodation, we were a family of 4 and though we booked the room for 4, we found the room small. Hotel has a veg restaurant attached. Food was good but a little expensive.

Stay with my family, includes 2 kids. Food was very nice and likeable to kids. Breakfast and lunch. Room was clean and staff were receptive, responsive and friendly. Good play to stay. 100 metres from Natarajar temple entrance. Car park also available. Value for money.
