Akshayam - TAD Piazza

The apartment was good but Ac not working properly, AC was ran whole night but not feel the cooling.

We stayed on August 7th & 8th 2025 for two days. My son joined in SRM University. It's very nice experience, Owner good cooperative . Apartment also have neat, clean and privacy and comfortable stay at an affordable price. I booked through Make my trip app. Easy accessible to cab facility and railway station . Easy to go to SRM University , kattankulathur

Decent place. But basic amenities like heater, blankets were provided only after i pressured the manager of the property. There is no lift in the property. Caretaker onsite was helpful. Average stay experience.

Very spacious rooms. Good ambience. They were very clear in clarifying our concerns every time. Located in a residential area. Thanks guys.

It was good, kindly extend some more facilities, you can add food facilities and convince also, all other are already good

No car parking in premises and rooms was not good. washroom has more insects. But owner of the property was very good 👍

I booked 2 apartments f1 (3 bhk 2 days) and f2 (2 bhk /3 days) for family. My honest opinion, f1 was excellent, f2 was an average stay. Pros: 1. Calm and decent location. 2. F1 3bhk have 2 ac rooms and 1 non ac, dining table with 4 chairs and excellent sofa arrangement in the hall. Sofa can accommodate 5 people placed in a nice location. We had a nice time chatting with family. 3. F1 has a power backup, during our stay, had a power shutdown, it's very useful. 4. Have kettle and mineral water cans. Now some improvement items 1. No light cooking options too, preferred induction at least for tea/coffee. Since no tea stall nearby 2. Though we have so many houses nearby, we can't find a tea stall, so many grocery and milk stores. 3. F2 doesn't have a power backup. 4. F2, one of the bathrooms is leaking, the hall has a 2 seater sofa. 5. F2 has 4 balconies, but not much useful. 6. No blankets or towel at all. Even i am fine with no basic toiletry items like paste, soap and shampoo. Blankets can be provided, please consider. Overall i am happy with the property since they are new to this, and can improve these shortcomings. If you are looking to book this, f1 is really worth it. F2 needs some slight improvement. To property management, it was a nice stay. Just add induction stoves and blankets and towels. If possible power backup for f2 too.
