You will love the view just outside the stay. It is even better than Aru valley and Betaab valley combined. Just outside the stay, you will find a river with very high flow and rocks covering the mountain. We enjoyed maggie and tea in front of the river. The host is fabulous, he will arrange everything for you and that too free of cost.

Hotel is situated in a very good location, surrounded by mountains, river and forest, can hear the gustling sound of river from the hotel room, away from crowd, cleanliness is maintained, staff is happy to help any time.

No heater provided. Only a heating blanket. Power fails and no alternative generator. Bath room was not functioning properly. Room is too small. The location is remote. The only positive point was that the caretaker was a nice person. He tried his best to help us. As a whole miserable. I will never reckmmend this place.

Properties food/Location & facilities are excellent..behavior is extremely familiar..A nice place to visit with family & friend.

we have booked the stay for Pahalgam visit. Host is very helpful and supportive, will help you in arranging things and guide on things to do in Pahalgam. The place has undergone some construction, with cost we thought it is a worth money considering other expensive alternatives.

Muzzafa is a very caring host. He also knows a lot about the trails close to the guesthouse. I definitely recommend to stay at his house.

The staffs were very nice and accommodating. It is good value for money. However, the rooms can be improved and the heating blanket does not cover the cold.
