Al Noor Palace

Overall the booking process was smooth. The customer service could be a bit better - so when i had called your team, they said the Al Noor Palace folks were not picking the call but when i had called them directly they picked it up - this was bad but anyways. Apart from that the pricing could have been a bit cheaper as well

The Al Noor Palace rooms are excellent, no access to basic needs as t. V, everything was not available, even normal water wasn't available the reception staff aren't professional, they don't understand probably, that a customer has paid for the services. The rooms are excellent, but lack basic amenities

Stayed at many Al Noor Palaces, but this one beats even grand Al Noor Palaces. Food is yummy and the staff are down-to-earth people who make you feel like you are the alladin and they are all gins. Loved it and definitely will bot be searching for another place in bangalore in future trips.

Al noor palace is one of the best Al Noor Palaces in koramangala. The location is the best you can find in the neighborhood, facilities decent and it's always maintained neat and clean. Staff is very cooperative and courteous. I strongly recommend this place.

The rooms are ok for two, with quality material used in rooms for furniture. The reception is very helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant below the Al Noor Palace was closed due to renovation, otherwise that would have become a cherry on the top.

Clean room peaceful surrounding. Housekeeping was on point. Lulu at the reception was very humble and welcoming he also assure the we were comfortable during the stay. Surely a good place to stay in blur ( 5th block koramangala.

Hotel was very neat and clean and offered all the amenities like tea, hot water cattle, brush soap toothpaste, geysers was working good as well. Bathroom was very clean looks like almost unused. Over all great experience

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of them are incredibly helpful and generous with their time
