When I checked in, the management clearly agreed to give me a late check-out at 4 PM and charged me extra money for it. But on the check-out day, they suddenly changed their words and started saying the check-out time was 11:30 AM and demanded more money AGAIN. When I refused to pay twice for the same thing, they literally CUT THE POWER to my room Room experience was equally horrible: No service at all TV doesn’t work Geyser doesn’t work AC remote missing I called 3–4 times, nobody bothered to respond The manager is rude, arrogant, and absolutely clueless about how to deal with guests. The staff behaves like they are doing a favor by even talking to you. I have stayed in many hotels — but this is by far the worst staff, worst manager, and worst service I have ever seen. They only care about squeezing money and have zero respect for guests. If you value your peace, your money, and basic respect, DO NOT STAY HERE. Not even if they give rooms for free.

The hotel is in poor condition with poor interiors of the room is really poor....reception person us also rude....no facalities

The hotel was really nice ...all are worked well heater only an issue bcoz it's not working properly...and the staff was kind ... good hotel

they didn't provide me towel and soap. other than that, everything is good. they provide ac facilities. tv and has attached bathroom facilities. We have to buy water by paying rs. 20 everytime.

I will give the best prop to the location as the metro station is right outside, otherwise, the ac was very old and leaking water droplets. There were no toiletries, like mentioned by the hotel. There were no towels provided, no water, no handwash, no soap, nothing at all. the tv worked and that's the only thing that worked. I got a peaceful room and no disturbance and the front desk staff was nice. Also, the worker who received me was helpful. Overall, an average experience and I think having a phone to contact the front desk staff would be really helpful. I would also request for more communication and help if anything is required in the room.

Hotel was ok .centrally located but there was no towel n soap on checking in had to request them to provide. Rate reasonable. Room was clean and comfortable.

Worst experience! No cleanness or other services as show! Not worth! There was no lift at all. No generator!

Location is good and staff are very good

It was nice stay , good rooms , neat and clean, prices are quite costly , everything else fine

I strongly advise against booking this hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. The service was not only poor but also unprofessional—staff were unresponsive, rude, and lacked basic hospitality skills. What’s worse, I felt threatened during my stay, which made me feel unsafe. It’s clear the management does not prioritize guest comfort or safety. Their behavior was dishonest and gave the impression of a scam. This is not just a case of bad service, but a serious issue of integrity and safety. I regret choosing this place and would never recommend it to anyone.

This place is in quiet heart of the city, behind the high court metro, the place may not look good from outaide but belive me rooms are quite spacious and good in sanitation, they have very friendly staffs ,overall very good stay

The location is right upfront of A4 exit of High Court sta. so access no issue, the staff are kind and all, however, the room I have stayed needs urgent remake. To be honest, was a bit disappointed with the room. Stayed two nights so it was manageable

For many years I have been booking hotels from your web site. Previously I booked a room in Al Noor Residency through your web site. At that time I haven' face issues. This time the room provided to me was in poor condition. Water was leaking from the restroom. Due to this Bed room floor was wet and unable to be used properly. Unsafe situation I faced. Three days I stayed in one room, room cleaning not done. Bed sheet not changed. Towel not provided. After several kinds of requests, another room not provided.

I stayed there for three days in room No.316. Room cleaning was not done, the bed sheet was not changed even after several requests. From the toilet wall, water leaking and entering into bed room. Bed room floor wet and water staged in from of rest room. Walking in the bed room and entering into rest room was so difficult. Poor response from front office and room boy.

Property location is great but service is just ok. No food service here. Rooms Electric appliances need to be changed.
