Property was good before now the property is not well maintain , basic necessity for room mattress and bed only are not in good condition , zero quality mattress and bed making sound while sitting, taking turn. Bathroom locks are not working properly at all , Water of beside bathroom is coming to our bathroom . No one to take care of pool , insect and all are roaming in waters . Basically property needs a well renovation and more care taking . Even after paying more , not satisfied.

Starting with location it is near to Betalbatim beach but is in secluded area, service and amenities and food are ok.The place can be good for bachelors but definitely not for family which have a child with them.The restaurant manager is not at all welcoming with empathy and it looks like he is providing the food for free. He doesn’t allow the baby food which we had carried for our child and neither they had any thing which we can feed our child,how come one should expect this behaviour from a hotel industry.The whole time the manager was looking as if he is giving food from his own pocket.

The stay at Alagoa resort was very comfortable, excellent service very courteous staff. Rooms were excellent to stay clean and very airy. Food served at the restaurant was very delicious, and served in room service very nicely. Lush green surroundings and we'll maintained premises makes stay near to heavenly touch. This has been the 4th time we stayed everytime for more than 4to5 days at a time. Hospitality was the best not expected from a resort but from a five star hotel. I wish this hotel great success for the future and I will also love to keep coming again and again. Specially for the family Dear Make my Trip You have truly patronized a good partner and please give them first recommendation to anyone looking for stay. Shirish Durve

Food was excellent. Speed of response to service call was great. Overall experience of eco hut was also good but few things need much improvement, like seat of commode had some dirty impression which looked bad, the TV remote was not working even after replacement, the wood sheet of the bed was so damp that mushrooms grew at one corner inside the mattress. However overall enjoyed the stay with sea beach at walking distance. Thank you
