This was my third Trip to this property within 8 years. Like it very much. Food is superb as usual.

It was not my first visit and stay in hotel Alasia. My previous experiences were very good but this time it was on contrary to my last visits. The hotel needs proper maintenance else such a beautiful property shall be wasted.

Property location is good, food is above average, facilities are good.

Room was very clean, so was the bathroom. It's a heritage property (100+ years old) so some wear and tear was expected. Food was tasty and homely. Breakfast had limited options but was prepared well. Excellent location, parking space, spacious rooms. Overall, good value for money.

The hotel offers good value for money, especially considering its great location—very convenient and well-connected. The staff was responsive and helpful, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The only downside was the maintenance of the property. The linens could have been cleaner, and the overall upkeep of the rooms and common areas needs some attention. With a little more focus on cleanliness and maintenance, this could easily be a much better experience.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this property. I had booked a deluxe room, but the condition of the room was far from acceptable. There was a strong, unpleasant odor, and the carpet beneath the sofa was extremely dusty. The towels provided were dirty, and to make matters worse, we found bed bugs on the bed, which made it impossible to sleep the entire night. The overall maintenance of the property is extremely poor — it resembles an abandoned place rather than a functioning hotel. Despite charging rates similar to a five-star hotel, the amenities and cleanliness were severely lacking. This hotel does not deserve even a single star. Booking this property was one of the worst decisions I’ve made while traveling. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Location is the biggest advantage as it’s virtually on the Mall Road. Food is good & costs reasonable, hospitality is average I stayed in the deluxe category of rooms downhill, the rooms are of descent size, however maintenance and hygiene are poor. Bed linens were not fresh, there were marks spitting on walls inside the room, cleanliness of washrooms not up to the mark. Overall, the property could offer a much better value of money, considering closing the gaps on priorities.

Best possible location in kasauli as the mall road starts from the hotel premises. Ample safe parking, great vintage rooms with most facilities and amenities. We find the rooms in annexe better and roomier than the vintage block. Very nice food and beverages.. still very economical in comparison to the pricier yet oddly located hotels and resorts. Complete value for money 💯 🥳

Very Very horrible experience. Highly expensive but facilities are below average. Old bed , sofa , and all the accessories present there in the room. Rooms are not properly clean and very bad smells in room. Poor ventilation and view. Worst Hotel room i have ever seen in my life Meals and breakfast are also very expensive as per their Quality.
