The property is located in a prime location, just a few minutes walk from the mall road and other tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a vintage feel that takes you back to the British era. The property has a lush green lawn in front of the rooms, which is rare to find in Kasauli. The staff is cooperative and courteous, and the food is tasty but slightly overpriced. However, some guests have mentioned issues with maintenance and hygiene, and the property can be a bit expensive for the amenities provided.

When we booked, there were hardly any photos of the place available but we wanted to be near the mall road in the heart of kasauli. Our room was upgraded and had a really nice living area with a fireplace and a big spacious bedroom. There was running hot water and a heater, essential amenities for the region. We never had to take a taxi, and walked everywhere. Mall road is a couple of minutes away and so is the church. We tried a couple of cafes at the mall road but realised that the best food was served at our Alasia Hotel. Absolutely loved the pie that was recommended by the Alasia Hotel staff, and it was so good that we had the next day as well. Really good bread pudding too! the Alasia Hotel is one of the few places in kasauli that take you back in time, also perhaps one of the only places that serve english dishes. The staff is very helpful. As mentioned since there were not many photos, we didn’t go expecting much from the place, but it ended up being a good surprise! would 100% recommend the Alasia Hotel to anyone who is visiting kasauli, especially those without a personal transport as the location makes it extremely convenient for you to walk everywhere.
Good Stay

I had booked Alasia Hotel just by chance and guess what it turned out to be one of the best decisions. The Alasia Hotel location was right in the middle of the Kasauli town. With the famous Church barely a stones throwing distance. Reaching the Sunset Point and the Sunrise Point from the Alasia Hotel was just a breeze (walking from the Alasia Hotel took hardly 10-12 minutes). The rooms in the Alasia Hotel were in very good condition, guess they were recently renovated and some construction work was still going on. The Alasia HotelÂ’s restaurant was amazingly good and value for money (must try out the Alasia special Egg omelette among other non-vegetarian dishes). Room service was equally good with the warm Alasia Hotel staff attending your needs and requirements in a short notice. Overall I was very satisfied by our decision to book Hotel Alasia, the combination of the perfect location, good food and great service at Kasauli.
An unforgettable experience

The Alasia Hotel has the best location in the main kasauli city as it was closer to the mall road. Also other locations like sunrise point, Gilbert's trail, heritage market were all easily accessible by a walk. The Alasia Hotel deluxe rooms were spacious and made one feel of the British era. The Alasia Hotel bar and restaurant were equally good. In particular, if you are a mushroom lover, do try their mushroom toast for breakfast. The best part about their food is that it is freshly prepared, so it is advisable to place your order at least 30 mins before as it takes a bit of time. The staff at the Alasia Hotel was very courteous and available for help whenever required. What added to our experience was the presence of the owner of the Alasia Hotel Mr. Arun Jain from Delhi. He ensured that our stay was comfortable and even offered us a complimentary dinner. Overall the experience was good.
Great view (from the upper floor suite)

Spacious clean room(with dressing table, porch & lawn on their second off the road building), old world style with the right amenities of heater, kettle, geyser, sufficient charging points. Considerate, hands off service which respects privacy and women. Close to a small bazaar. Their cutlets were great, quantity generous and are flexible with food if you give them sufficient notice. A good choice to stay, if you want a spot of quiet. Also, helpful staff with a kitchen open until 10 PM, so, for early am departures, they have a sweet ole man, as the night guard who does both wake up and takes the key and luggage. The Alasia Hotel has seen better days, but worked just fine for me too.
Hotel alasia
PARAM KAUR
Hotel alasia : location is excellent - just 2 minutes away from the main mall road kasauli market and the church. Provides ample opportunity to walk up the hills to monkey point sunset point etc. Food was adequate in taste and quantity. Only regular indian veg/nov-veg items were available with roti/paratha. No fancy/continental stuff. But limited items available through room service (which was preferred by guests - due to social distancing)
The safety standards at the Alasia Hotel alasia were great. Given that we travel-led on 30/31/1 jean 2021, and that most places and people are opening up tp the travel gradually.
Good Stay

Alasia is a heritage property and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay there. Though rooms are spacious but linens were not up to the mark. We were in the luxury room and it’s very cold that side of property as sun direction is at the opposite side. It’s recommended if you go in winters deluxe rooms are better if you need sun. Over all it was a comfortable stay and staff was also very good and helpful. The property is situated at a prime location. You can walk down to the market and other sightseeing points from there. The Alasia Hotel is very close to the market and kasauli club.
Excellent location and clean spacious room but don't expect any other facilities

The location is by far the best compared to any other Alasia Hotels and room gives the feel of the British era but that’s about it. The food was not only expensive, almost 5-star rates but also quite average. We had to go out for every meal, though considering its location was not an issue. We took the luxury room and was totally worth the price and it had two huge rooms with TV in both of them, so if you are staying back in the room, kids had their noisy privacy and at the same time, we had our quite. Room service was also not bad and friendly staff.
Feel good property

Kasauli is a laid back town and so is this Alasia Hotel. Not a posh property but has all the amenities u look for. Cleanliness, good service, big rooms, large bathrooms, cozy common areas. We were four families and got four suites(each suite has a main room and a dressing room with bathroom) side by side. With a common open gallery and a garden in front of that. It seemed like we were at our own private property. The property is divided into two parts. One on each side of the lower mall road.
Overall very nice stay

Location is very nice and very near to Mall Road. Other Alasia Hotels are far away from Mall Road. Staff is very humble and good in nature. Food is bit costly but superb taste with freshness. Planning for Kasauli choose this Alasia Hotel without any doubt.

It was the peak tourist season so service was a little slow. Nevertheless, it was an excellent experience. The food is very good. The parking facility is a great advantage in Kasauli. Unfortunately the road to Kasauli is very bad and full of congestion spots, but the Alasia Hotel experience more than. Compensates for the bad journey.

Stay was good. Nice large rooms with lots of ventilation. Bathroom clean, however the mugs and tub dirty. The linen ok, however not spotless clean. Food pretty expensive.
