Alaya Heritage Resort

This Alaya Heritage Resort is at a very very convenient location. The mall and many other attractions like happy tea garden, h mi geological gardens are at a walking distance ( mall may not be walking for few but for average people with hill station experience it's better than waiting in a cab for double the time. The property is neat and clean staff is good and helping. However dining experience is not that good as staff prefers to deliver the dinner than wait for you side of a table which in a comfortable season is seen as bit rude by our family. However spending 2 days we realised that they are under-staff specially in f&b. View from our room was not as good, the first view you see is many entangled cables which makes you disappointed rather. However that is not in control of Alaya Heritage Resort and i felt the corporation of city should shift all cables underground for the sake of tourists. Overall the Alaya Heritage Resort is reasonable and perfect for the location however i have not yet understood the heritage part of it as our room and all other accessible areas to us were contemporary.

A magical 2-day stay at alaya heritage resort left me spellbound. The title says it all - an enchanting escape that exceeded expectations. The culinary journey was exceptional, each dish a masterpiece. The staff's warmth and attention to detail made me feel truly valued. Alaya heritage resort is a hidden gem, a place where time stands still, and every moment is a treasure. Five stars are just a glimpse of the enchantment i experienced.

My stay at alaya heritage resort was awesome. The view from the room was excellent. It's just beside the tea garden. The location of the Alaya Heritage Resort is good. The hmi, the zoo and happy valley tea garden is at a walking distance. The mall is also at a walking distance using shortcuts. It has pure veg restaurant. The food quality is fabulous. The buffet served in breakfast and dinner is really very yummy. My kids enjoyed a lot. The staff members are very courteous. Overall i can say the hospitality, food quality and services are 5 on 5.

We had a very comfortable stay at alaya heritage resort, darjeeling. Though two of our trip members were old aged and we had to take stairs to go to our rooms, the staff managed a room on the first floor keeping in mind the old age of our members. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. They also prepared a very simple non-spicy food for my 4yrs old son. I am very thankful to them for the support. I must say the location of the resort is just awesome. The view from the balcony was so very beautiful. All in all we had a wow experience.

Hotel rooms were spacious but the water system was not that good. Very narrow water dropping system. It requires 15 minutes to fill up a bucket which is not acceptable for any Alaya Heritage Resort with a rent of 2k per day. Also there are many insects like spider almost everywhere, so the insect repellant should be sprayed everyday twice or at-least a repellent spray must be provided in each room so that tourists can spray as and when required. Apart from that the stay was good, a calm and peaceful place.

I recently stayed at alaya heritage and had an exceptional experience. The Alaya Heritage Resort's charming ambiance, coupled with attentive staff, made my stay truly memorable. Room is excellent. Location is very good. Room service is bad. The restaurant attached is over priced and very limited menu. Hotel doesn't have lift. So real problem to stay in top floors. The manager mr deep is so friendly but wants extra money beyond Alaya Heritage Resort rules. The reputation of the best Alaya Heritage Resort in darjeeling within this range is being ruined by mr deep. Still i would say this Alaya Heritage Resort is nice.

The Alaya Heritage Resort is away from the busy crowd near mall road. The valley view from balcony is amazing. Every staff is always ready to help. I visited the place with my parents who are senior citizens. They tried their best to give us all sorts of comfort. If a person is not looking out for a happening place throughout his stay then this is the best place i feel.

Very nice. Wonderful location near zoo. . 650 km from Alaya Heritage Resort to zoo, highly 10 minute working distance. 1 common room 2 bedroom one balcony attracted bathroom in 1600 rs. Staff behavior are friendly and wonderful. Thunk u. Sure to visit again

The property was located right above the happy valley tea estate giving a beautiful view of the valley. It was clean. The staff is extremely courteous and prompt! it’s a new property so some work has to be done with the bathroom fittings. Overall, had a good stay!

The Alaya Heritage Resort and our stay was fantastic, the staff is very polite and humble. The Alaya Heritage Resort is located at a very close distance to the darjeeling zoo & ropeway. We shall surely visit again.

Entire environment and the view is very charming. Stuffs are so co-operative. Foods are also good. Happy with the tour.
