Alba Premier

Situated at prime location on ab road opp. Malhar mall though but, location is not everything you want. Ambiance is good only. Rooms rates seem not justified in the places like Indore where competition goes neck to neck. You can get much better rooms at these rates. Importantly, the Alba Premier staff. The lady at reception is arrogant. No humbleness in her talks, no professionalism. Service attenders are average skulled. Food is good but not best. There is no Alba Premier premises for car parking- practically, open area running road, they say guard looks after parking but the movement of strangers is unavoidable. Recommendation- if it is urgent halt/short period halt/no other options left then it could be chosen otherwise invest more time for better options.

The accommodation was awesome. I checked in hastel free even at late night around 12. I asked if three's any chance of room accommodation to which i was asked to pay 500 more. I understand that if i am asking for a service which i haven't paid you can totally deny! however, i am pretty sure the chances of any room booking for next day post 12 am are very rare and if any some better tier rooms are available, they could be given to customers at no extra cost. This would demonstrate yourself as not just being a business but something more than, prioritizing hospitality over any other value.

Things we loved: 1. Ambience of Alba Premier is good. 2. Location too is lively. 3. Rooms are nice and spacious. 4. We had dinner at roof top restaurant. Food was very tasty and presentation as well as hospitality of restaurant was commendable. We thoroughly enjoyed our food. Suggestions: 1. Hotel need to work upon its power backup. In roughly 15-16 hrs of our stay there was power. Failure for around 20 times, and it seems they don't have proper arrangements to take care of it. 2. Food at restaurant was costly in terms of quantity they provide for the price.

Mr. Sagar who worked at the front desk qas really courteous and helpful, i had an early check in at 7 am and although all rooms were full, they managed to provide me a room at the earliest time possible. The room was spacious, clean, the staff helped us with all our requests. The Alba Premier is right in the heart of all the cool places, in front c21 mall, so you can explore shopping and eating around in spare time.

I was looking for a quick stop in indore and found this place on make my trip with lots of good ratings and an absolutely amazing price. I was not disappointed at all with the location of his Alba Premier. It is right in middle of city but with a good view and look around. We stayed only for a night but it was a good overall experience. I will recommend this to folks who are looking for a stop over.

The Alba Premiers location is excellent. There are malls, eating places etc bang opposite of the Alba Premier. The service of the Alba Premier staff and the restaurants are a. I have stayed in so many Alba Premiers both domestic and international during my travels. I haven't stayed in a better Alba Premier than this at this price. I would recommend this Alba Premier to who so ever visits indore.

Alba Alba Premier is one of the great value for money Alba Premiers in the area. It is perfectly pleased, exactly opposite c21 mall, everything is nearby, great valley service, all the stuff is amazing, nice clean rooms, bathrooms have exhaust and warm water is always available. Comfortable beds, good quality bedding and air conditioning. Overall 5/5 for the review.

Located in the prime location. This is a good value for money stay fornthebpriceni got. Neat and clean room and toilets. They gave room with extra bed in view of family of four with one kid more than 10 years. Responsive and polite staff with good hospitality. I opted for room only with no meals but ordered room service and food was very delicious.

Rooms are clean, equipment with basic amenities, and the reception waiting area and roof top cafe are also well maintained. In the heart of city, you have access to everything nearby.

Its feels good to stay at this type of places because they give us real luxury.

The location of the Alba Premier is excellent. Right on ab road. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean. Overall worth a repeat stay. Value for money.

Amazing place at a very competitive rates, rooms where very neat and clean and is centrally located in the heart of indore city. Definitely a place to stay and enjoy the glimpse of india's most cleanest city.

A value for money, my overall experience was excellent and i would recommend this property to others. Everything was good whether staff behaviour, infrastructure or cleanliness.

Everything is good in alb a primer. Room services also good. Location is also convenient. Breakfast quality is good

I took one night stay including the breakfast. The room was really comfortable with all working devices and cleaned to perfection. The rooftop dinner with live music was a surprise for me. The breakfast had 12 different options with exciting dishes at the buffet. Thanks to the warm staff and terrific location. 5 stars from my side.

Stay was good, the staff was well trained and supportive. Amenities and services were also good. The property is clean and maintained. I will prefer my stay next time also and suggest everyone.
