Alcott Hotel & Resorts

Location is good enough, food was excellent, wudnt say much of hygiene, safety was ok. The bathroom isn't well maintained. N the service of the room boys r very bad. The room v were given first was damp n the bath was leaking. Then they changed it after I insisted. They took two hrs to give me an extra bed, even though I had paid for three adults prior it. Tv doesn't work. Luke warm water is to be considered as hot water according to them. Again when I made an issue about it. One bucket of hot water was given to the room while telling us there was some problem with the heater of the Alcott Hotel & Resorts😏😏

I stayed in the Alcott Hotel & Resorts from 28th July 19 to 1st August 19. The room location, service & cleanliness are good but the room and bathroom need some repairs. The lock of the main gate and bathroom are in need of repairs. The old comedy in the bathroom needs to be replaced by a new one. The Alcott Hotel & Resorts does not provide tea or coffee in the room in the evening. These minor things need the attention of management. Otherwise, everything is fine and I will love to stay in the same Alcott Hotel & Resorts on my next visit to Bangalore.

Property location is one of the best in bengaluru. Food was wonderful and less spicy. Sanitization and cleaning was done regularly and also whenever requested. The best part of my stay was the behavior of the staff. From the manager to the service boys. All were very cordial and always ready to help. Mainly their behaviour made our stay a memorable experience. Thank you all.

I think it is the best Alcott Hotel & Resorts in its category. The space of the room, the bathroom fixtures and cleanliness is good. This is a business Alcott Hotel & Resorts and is still coming up to pace with the other Alcott Hotel & Resortss. There are no real facilities. If you compare the price and the requirement to stay for a night it's perfect.

This Alcott Hotel & Resorts is value for money. And the staff is very supportive and polite. Love to visit again. Only one thing the Alcott Hotel & Resorts must improve is the early check-in. As an exception for regular customers they must consider early check-in request for 1-2 hours as complimentary.

No drinking water provided, no proper buckets were available in bathroom, had to ask for it. Room was maintained neatly. Hot water comes only after wasting a bucket of cold water which is not acceptable in place like bangalore where water should be conserved. Nearby to metro

The location of Alcott Hotel & Resorts is convenient near to jayanagar metro station, nearby markets. Food is very awesome and had required variety. Hotel is kept very neat and hygienic at all times. The manager is very prompt on providing all help and cooperative.

Hotel is in market place. Near to Jaynagar metro Station. Room service is good. Breakfast quality is ok. No variation in menu. Same menu for three days. To serve breakfast tea, it take 10 min. It should be rest with break fasat.
