Alcove Beach Resort

Loved everything about the resort. It's an old property. It has all the amenities and the rooms were neatly done. Very friendly and courteous staff. Absolutely no restrictions. You can bring in outside food and alcohol. One suggestion is that the property needs renovation at a few places which needs to be taken care of. The view of the beach from the cafe is stunning. Worth the money we pay for. The sunsets were stunning and the sound of the sea makes the place lively. The pool was well maintained and has an even depth which makes it perfect for swimming. The security guard was helpful in parking our cars throughout. The linens and duvet were fresh. The rooms had all the guest amenities/ tea coffee maker and complimentary water. Loved the breakfast spread with ch-ole bhature, chicken nuggets, idli, juice, cupcakes and a live counter for all kinds of dosas. Will recommend anyone staying near little vagator beach. For the beach access you need to climb down 80 steps from the property. The beach was a little filthy but if you walk down south you'll reach the vagator beach. Take a swim and a stroll on the beach and visit a few shacks for food, will surely make your stay worthwhile. Special mention to the alcove restaurant. They serve great food. Service was prompt and delicious food.

Alcove resort is bit on outskirts (ozran beach ) - little vagator. This place is situated at about 30 mins drive from places such as baga, calangute, 20 minutes drive towards morjim beach and 10 mins from anjuna. Rooms are great lacks bit of sound proofing and white lights, breakfast is okayish and you can opt for options without break fast and explore places like artjuna, baba au r uh and infantaria for the same. Hotel is situated right next to the beach and that gives u calm and composed stay. Bike rentals are also available at very competitive pricing however please make sure to make a complete video of the same including all the scratches.

Staff behaviour : excellent, responsive, adhere well and polite food : breakfast provides decent options, hygiene was maintained and served appropriately room : ours was a sea view room which was neat and clean. Maintenance folks cleaned it daily without fail. They even cleaned our room post their service hours which i appreciated. Beach access : 75 to 80 stairs will lead you to the beach. Stairs are always clean and maintained well. Extra details : resort provides you cabs, bikes whenever & wherever you would need. Overall experience : great (4 ratings out of 5. That’s all i had. Food sea food was good but even the veg food taste fish sauce. Stay was good next the sea, great view. But complimentary were not given properly, even water and you will be charged if you drink the water the fridge. And forget about sipping a black coffee early morning because you won't get the coffee powder refilled. Service most of the staffs are courteous and helpful. Except for one supervisor, who keeps looking in his mob while talking to you and asks what you want and seems to very caring towards foreigners.

The stay was nice. Food quality also good. Location is the best. You get awesome sea view from the resort. Pool has been maintained properly. Rooms are cleaned and neat. You can get bikes on rent from the resort. Party places very near to the resort. Wonderful place for family as well as friends and couple also. Vagator beach is just below the resort. Anjuna, baga also 10-15 mins drive from here. Arambol beach is 45 mins drive. All good places are very near from the resort. Service is also good.

Alcove resort is located in a very happening locality. The view from the Alcove Beach Resort is excellent. You can see the sea from your room. The view from the dining area is stunning. The staff is extremely curious and friendly. Some great party places around (walking distance) such as shiva palace, antares, chronicle etc. Beach is also walking distance, basically you just have to climb down about 25 steps and you are on the beach. A fantastic place with a killer view of the sea. The view from the restaurant is worth every penny you spend. Spacious and clean rooms, courteous staff are another plus point. But the single most noteworthy thing to me is the food. Been staying here now and all the food items I have tried - chicken stroganoff, masala prawn, red snapper masala have been absolutely amazing. Overall, it is a must recommended for people looking for a calm outing to Goa.

Big & clean rooms, quiet place, quick service, polite staff, clean property, good food and an awesome sea view from the restaurant. It's a beachfront property on the vagator beach but for beach access you need to walk down a lot of stairs (not ideal for senior citizens unless they are fit to do so. All the famous pubs like antares, titli, badmaash, are at a walkable distance from this property. I would love to visit this place again.

Friendly staff and an excellent view

Stay was very pleasant we were two couples, location of property, staff was very polite, good services, food quality was also very good, the biggest attraction was there the pet labrador name chaam he is so playful n get mingle very fast. Over all very good experience.

I have just one word for this place. Out of this world. Very nice rooms, good swimming pool, good service. But the best part is this Alcove Beach Resort has best sea view in whole goa.

Location of property is excellent. Its on a secluded beach which is very good. There are very good eating and partying joints near the property. Rooms are good & spacious. Their sea view rooms are highly recommended. Pool is ok. Food is also just average.
