The property is located at a short distance from Baga and Calangute Beach, making it easily accessible. The caretaker was helpful and cooperative. However, some guests found the rooms to be average and not clean. Maintenance of the property was also needed. The swimming pool was small. On the positive side, some guests found the rooms comfortable and spacious, with good facilities. The property was clean and well-maintained.
