The property is located at a short distance from Baga and Calangute Beach, making it easily accessible. The caretaker was helpful and cooperative. However, some guests found the rooms to be average and not clean. Maintenance of the property was also needed. The swimming pool was small. On the positive side, some guests found the rooms comfortable and spacious, with good facilities. The property was clean and well-maintained. One guest had a wonderful experience with a helpful and cooperative host. Another guest found the apartments to be clean and strict with rules. However, car parking was a hassle and the location was not great for walking to the beaches. Overall, the stay was pleasant with some minor issues.
