A perfect homestay in a perfect location! the ambience is awesome. Had a very warm welcome. The host is very helpful in any kind of needs. There is a nice view of chembra peak from the first floor. Also there is a small tea garden nearby after a small climb, from there the view is just wow. The rooms were spotless. There was a dining table and chair. They provided plates as we ordered food from outside. Enough space for parking. Also there is a small park with sitting area, swings, and the place is well decorated too. Locality is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was excellent! probably the best homestay i've stayed. Definitely recommended!

PROS: ◾Rooms are neat, clean and full of amenities. ◾The location is totally breathtaking. ◾ Breakfast is good. I was delighted as vegetarian breakfast was available. ◾He will help you get taxi/auto and even suggest local transport wherever possible. ◾He helped us throughout our stay. One day we were out of accommodation in wayanad, he helped us there to keep our luggage. That was a kind gesture. CONS: ◾We were expecting an AC room as that was part of our booking but we were not given air conditioned room.

A beautiful place with the greatest host one can expect. Location is great with a stunning view of chem-bra peak and a tea plantation just 50 meters away. All other view points are in close by range and the host will guide you with whatever details you need during your stay. The owner had arranged for barbecue and bonfire on our request and that was amazing. Nothing can go wrong during your stay here so do not hesitate, just directly call the owner and book your stay. Highly recommended!

Awesome place to stay. Very nice and decent property. Worth every penny. Direct view to tea estate. Breakfast provided was very very tasty. Easy access to nearby tourist spot. The host is really good, calm and polite. Very attentive ti fulfill our needs at any point of time. I feel happy that i choose d a very good spot for our stay. Il surely suggest this place to anyone.

1. You will feel very safe and confirtable in the place 2. Owner/care taker will treat you with kind and very friendly. 3. Rooms are very clean and neat. 4. Food is also good 5. There is some plants for you to have a look. 6. If your are with your family, there is some swing chairs and tables next to the doorstep of building. You will feel better to sit and discuss with.

Alford is an amazing place to stay with family and friends, it’s beautifully situated in the lap of nature, with a beautiful hill view from the balcony and tea garden view from the rooms. The owner mt. Rony is very helpful and supportive, his hospitality mesmerised us. Thanks rony for making our waynad trip so successful.

The property is located near chem-bra peak. The owner is a nice person. He gave us details of tourist spots and timings which helped us a lot. The room is well maintained and clean. Parking is good. Location not so far from road. Overall a nice experience.

This is an excellent property with just 4 rooms and a small garden. It is 100 meters off the highway and there is a tea garden on a hill right opposite the property. We had a good walk and took sunrise pics here. The hosts are very cordial and informative. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to wayanad.
