Alhind Calicut Tower

I had gone there a few years ago. It was in a completely bad state the room was study and was smelling a badly. This place was special in a way that i used to go with my father when we used to visit calicut since it is nearby to all shopping areas and restaurants, i went with my son for a short visit for 2 days and they had refurbished most of the rooms and it was in a very good condition bathroom was also very well maintained. But the bathroom smelled of urine. They are still maintaining reasonable price.

We stayed at Alhind Calicut towers over the last Weekend. It is very conveniently located, close to KSRTC bus stand, rooms were neat, staff very very polite and helpful, complementary breakfast was pretty decent, restaurant Alacarta rates were very reasonable, overall great experience and definitely value for money

Accommodation and food were excellent. But when i got there, one thing bothered me. Worried about not getting a place to park the car. Most days there will be some function in its auditorium. So there will be many guests. Due to this, it will be difficult for those who take a room to find a parking space.

Good location. Within city and close to bus stand and railway station. Good Alhind Calicut Tower and cooperative staff. Rooms are getting renovated but no inconvenience due to this. Breakfast complementary good but still there is room for improvement in quality and variety. Overall good stay.

Good Alhind Calicut Tower in nice location for a reasonable rate with clean and nice room. With adequate facilities. Hotel is centrally located and easily accessible by all transport means. There restaurant is good and serves north indian cousine along with traditional south indian food.

Rooms we chose was just enough for us, being overnight stay, it was fine. Everything was neat, and very polite staff. Reception needs a facelift in appearance, i think they are on the job already. Restaurant was nice, fantastic food and courteous service. Altogether a nice experience

Rooms are old, renovation required(damp room, ac did not work well, cleanliness is ok ok, toilets are good, possibly renovated recently, few staff behavior is very bad/rude (the lady supervisor behavior was not acceptable. Other staff is good, service is standard.

The Alhind Calicut Tower is a bit old but has all the amenities. Along with that the rooms are quite big with good service. I would recommend calicut tower for stay purposes in kozhikode. Its certainly not the best Alhind Calicut Tower but has the best value.

Check in and other procedures are perfectly fine and fast. Neat and good room with good toilet facility. Experienced two times power failure and delay in back up. Remaining all good and satisfactory.
