Very good hospitality and genuine care taking staff. Good service and polite members. Excellent rooms.

The property is centrally located in the civil lines area. Old world charm. Was a good place to stay with the Company Baugh gardens for nice evening walks.

Not worth the cost and it is in a dilapidated state. rooms were unclean and filthy bathroom. had to get the pillow covers changed

Visited during Mahakumbh, booked the Hotel even though it had many poor reviews. Was pleasantly surprised, it’s a fabulous property with such a rich heritage however needed some attention to normal wear and tear associated with an age of the Hotel. They have a new block coming up which showed a lot of potential. Wishing you the best of Luck!

The space was under very severe renovation and construction. The drainage were completely blocked. The hygiene was very very poor. There were so many mosquitoes in the room. There were two ACs in the room, but both of them were not working. The room was extremely hot and there was no ventilation. We tried to have snacks in the evening of the chicken in the tea and the snacks are very poor quality. The breakfast was very very sad although the service was OK but the property was in very very poor condition

Stay was good and the hotel staff was also very supportive. Their room service was also very prompt and satisfactory

Highly priced rooms with no amenities no cleanliness won’t recommend this property to anyone !

Ancient looking rooms. Reception is good. No restaurant. The bathroom is good and neat. Cooperative staff

The hotel is rundown , rooms are shabby , lot of mosquitoes, but due to KUMBHA mela , I got no choice , major construction going on in premises for 24hours

It was just about 30% value of amount paid, tv not working, carpet dirty, switch board handing out, tiny toilet,

Hotel property location is too good, but property premises iss too old, washrooms is not clean, bedsheets pillow not clean, staff is very helping,

Found the property on mmt. The hotel is a raj era property and was refurbished with modern amenities. However, the modernisation seemed to have happened 20 yrs back. Rooms are dusty and there is a new wing under itc that is coming up. The pool was dysfunctional when we stayed and would remain so for atleast 1-2 years it seems. Not worth your money (we paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights and feel that it was too much for this kind of property. Location is good. Uploading kumbh pics as we did not click property pictures (there was nothing exciting to click at the property.

It is a worst experience. Room is very dirty and basic amenities like electric kettle was not there.

One of the worst hotel. Service is the poorest. Things are not available in the kitchen. Tv is not working, fan is making a loud noise. Food order arrives so late. It seems manpower is not available. Request for a refund of my money

Pathetic stay, rooms were stinking, food items not available, yesterday sweets, cold coffee even mineral water was not available
