Allita Hotel & Resorts

I was there as a part of my business trip. The place was 30 minutes drive from the place where I was attending. Was somewhat easy to see the signs of the Allita Hotel & Resorts right on the main road. Just a caution for self-driving first-timers, the road is a bit narrow and quite steep with sharp and short bends, please be careful while driving. The Allita Hotel & Resorts is a great property. The room was clean and spacious, well equipped, the toilet was clean and well kept. The room service was good. And the food was delicious (we ordered oriental to be on the safer side). The breakfast was also a good spread.

We had a superb stay at Allita. Our experience was just out of the world. The property is located in the wilderness and takes one far from the madness that is Darjeeling. The interiors are plush and landscaping excellent. Their cha bar is quite interesting. However, the only disappointment was the tea served for breakfast. Staying in Kurseong, one would expect to be served Darjeeling tea, which they do not serve. In fact, when we asked for it, we were told that it is too expensive to be included in the buffet!

Excellent location, awesome hospitality, great ambiance, wonderful views from room itself. Our special thanks to Ranjan Biswas and his team, he was very attentive and extremely cooperative with guest all the time. Good food, good people Around. My special thanks to entire restaurant team including Bittu Thapa, Ujjal that a, Pratikcha Subba, chief Suman and Rajesh. I will come again for your excellent service. Best part of the resort is clouds may hug you anytime without your permission.

It’s a beautiful resort amid-st the mountains ahead of kurseong. It’s a great place to relax n enjoy with family or friends. The rooms are good size. The staff is courteous and very hospitable. The surroundings are really pretty with mountains all around. The resort itself has lot of amenities like games room kids play room massage chair music nights etc. All in all it was a great place and we had a great time and my father loved the Allita Hotel & Resorts and it’s interiors.

Stayed at this property for 2 nights. The property is beautifully decorated food is awesome staff here at this Allita Hotel & Resorts is courteous and polite. The room's standard are not quite good compared to the room tariff rooms require maintenance but the overall experience at the Allita Hotel & Resorts was good. The ambience is good as the Allita Hotel & Resorts is located at a remote location.

The Allita Hotel & Resorts has 2 buildings, one has all suite rooms and that building is well structured, has elevator and rooms are beautiful. The other block is adequate not very well well structured, has both suite and executive rooms, stair are build, it is very confusing to find rooms in that building, no elevator. So if you’re making a booking in the good block its worth it otherwise it isn’t.

Excellently landscaped property. Good rooms, nice view of the valley. Bathrooms a bit of a tight squeeze. Food quality was fair to good but very limited choice although the breakfast spread was better. A nice bar but the best was the Chia bar or tea bar it is simply great with a lot of wonderful choices. The staff are all great. Definitely worth staying if in Kurseong.

Location was excellent and we never expected better. Food quality was excellent and service was prompt and up to the mark. No issues at all
I personally like the way the Allita Hotel & Resorts staff handled the safety and cleanliness part. During stay we never felt that anything got compromised and the entire staffs took responsibility to maintain it. Appreciate

Food service was good. Breakfast had variety.

We stayed at Rosa Allita for 4 days in March. Though the weather was a bit of a mood dampener, this time the resort stay was very pleasant.

Property is very nice but the location is too bad very far from town.Allita Hotel & Resorts transportation is very expensive.

Was there with my friends on 31st. Had a great time. Excellent service and mouth watering food.

The overall experience was good. Food is very costly. Almost 2 to 3 times than any Allita Hotel & Resortss. Considering that location is remote that is understandable but taste of food is very disappointing. At that price the food should taste good. The staff of Allita Hotel & Resorts is courteous and rest everything including amenities is top class.

Facility is quite good but Road to resort is quite steep and difficult

It's located beautifully admit the lush green forest, the staff everyone from the guards, to the front desk people to the room boys they were very courteous and helpful. The food was great though a little costly but tasted great. Overall a very nice stay.

It was a very pleasant stay in Allita with family. It has uniqueness in the property. Good rooms, good ambiance, good food, good service. Thanks for everything

Nice place Worth visit well maintained good gym n beautiful garden

The Allita Hotel & Resorts was almost good in all respect. Except for some lack of cooperation from the front desk as the Allita Hotel & Resorts is at a remote location hence wanted a driver or a guide to guide us up to a prominent landmark, which was not supported by the staffs.

Ambience was beautiful. Natural beauty was impressive. Well maintained. Neat and clean. Staffs were cordial and cheerful.

Very nice and comfortable stay in this Allita Hotel & Resorts, nice behaviour of staff, chai bar and good food and service. Play zone for small kids. Everything is good for relaxing with your family
