Almost Heaven Suites @ 2 Km from Mall Road

When you pay for a room you expect a clean room. There were bugs all around the room, looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a week. The sheets were dirty. Would never come again nor recommend this unhygienic place to anyone

First of all it's not a resort or hotel it's a homestay with two staff (one who engages with you for regular communication & other who is a cook). Location wise it's very remote with nothing for walk...there is a very small garden where property staff & their friends play cricket so you can't even stand outside. Staff is very cooperative & very cordial. Food is very expensive compared to the quality. It's absolutely home cook food with nothing special & charges are very high. You cannot even go for a walk to find nearby restaurants as it is a remote area. Room quality is fantastic, absolutely beautiful furniture. Bathroom is spacious as well. The Internet works fine and so does the TV. Apart from this there is nothing exceptional about charging such high prices. Infact only two rooms were there with people we hardly see any reception any crowd in property. It was boring. So if you are choosing it we suggest you choose only if you are coming with a big group OR you want to go for sightseeing every day for full day time & night time you prefer not to move out. Will we come back? Most likely NO, We will not come back to this property unless we have 8-10 people & we are full of adults.

The property is excellent..The views are stunning...The staff are courteous and polite. The only drawback is the limited food on the menu and quality of food.

6/10. Location - good. Food - average. Amenities - poor. Services - poor. Understaffed, although staff is polite but unprofessional. Owner wasn’t polite when I complained about the breakfast not being served by 9:30 am. She said “wat was the panic about, it was getting ready” . But the staff had told us that their chef woke up at 8am so they got late. Lol. Probably our expectations were too much. This is a homestay not a hotel. There were spiders in our “Marigold” suite. I emailed so many pics to MMT. Also, monkeys keep visiting and they tell u “it’s Mussorie what do u expect” .. So yah, it’s a pretty property with spacious room but the overall living experience here wasn’t too good. You need to follow up and tell the staff each and everything!

Its a beautiful cottage, located far from the chaotic mall road, beautiful views from window and balcony, furnitures a posh and well maintained, nicely decorated, caretakers, owners, kitchen staffs are excellent, we tried both Chinese and indian food which was excellent. Would love to comeback again.

Beautifully curated rooms with all amenities needed. Great location- away from the mall road crowd, yet easily accessible. The homestay is under-priced (steal deal) for the 2 room set. Preeti was a welcoming caretaker for all our needs. Would definitely visit again!

I stayed at almost heaven for one night. It has been the most beautiful stay i have had in my life. The apartment is gorgeous and has amazing view from the balcony. They have taken care of the smallest detail to make the guest comfortable the staff is very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this boutique getaway.

The place was cozy. The rooms were beautiful and neat. The terrace view was amazing. The balcony view was also pretty. The food which they provided was also great. They gave a blower which was a plus point.

The staff wes incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was cozy and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed. The living area is beutifully designed. The private terrace has the most amazing view and is the petfect place to realx.The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to local attractions. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Can't wait to visit soon again.
