Aloft New Delhi Aerocity

On our way to uk we stayed for a night at Aloft New Delhi Aerocity aloft. Overall our stay at the Aloft New Delhi Aerocity was very comfortable, the room size was good. Room and toilet etc were neat and clean. We enjoyed buffet dinner and breakfast. There was video variety of food items at the dinner as well as breakfast. The quality and taste of food was excellent and the staff in the dining area was very courteous and was taking good care of every guest. The staff at reception desk and other staff was also very helpful and caring. I have to make one suggestion that there should be a guide card for operating the intercom. I recommend that travelers may very well choose to stay at this Aloft New Delhi Aerocity.

I had booked room through makemytrip for 3 adult and paid the amount it asked. At the time of check-in Aloft New Delhi Aerocity asked me for 1500+tax for 3rd person. I simply denied, took makemytrip help. I was allowed check-in by Aloft New Delhi Aerocity ultimately without paying anything extra. It was not a good welcome. They didn't serve any welcome drink either. So, my check-in was a disaster. I was tired with 3 hr drive and then that heated discussion. It was a good stay after that though. Being a marriott group Aloft New Delhi Aerocity room and service was quick. One more thing that irked me was they asked for upfront payment of in room service every time.

I stayed at aloft aerocity for my business meeting for one night and it was exceptional experience. Varun at front desk was quite swift & polite. He gave me the best room which was city view as requested by me. View from window was awesome and in leisure i watched planes taking off and landing which was again a good past time if one is staying alone. Even check out was also very promote next morning and even they asked for arranging a transport for going to airport which i politely declined as i was already having my cab booked.

My wife and I, both had a great experience staying at the Aloft New Delhi Aerocity. The room was neat & clean and well organised. The staff is very responsive and friendly. We were travelling for work, and it is the most optimal work environment. I only look for cleanliness, supportive staff, responsive housekeeping & room service, in room supplies & accessories - all were perfect. 10/10 Breakfast buffet has a well spread of options and the in-room dining was also good. Taste could have been better, but it is still good. 8/10

Everything is clean tidy. Front desk employees are too good very helpful nature. Breakfast and main course quality is excellent. Friendly atmosphere. Pool is great and staff are very helpful. Room service is very quick. Everyone has ownership feeling. The stay charges are also moderate. The location is close to airport but no noise of planes as window are soundproof. Very pleasant stay. Will prefer the same Aloft New Delhi Aerocity next time

Its just what you expect to be an awesome stay. Services were really appreciable. Coming to the food quality..I tried chicken salad and mutton gosht dal and special dal tadka and got excited by the aroma of the food and main show star is the Chef Pankaj Singh, the quality of his dishes are excellent and the taste is beyond words..👌🏻 I recommend Mr. Pankaj cooking anytime.. 5⭐️

It was a good stay. Rooms are decent sized. Breakfast has good variety. Ac works. So all the basics are in place. However for a 5 star Aloft New Delhi Aerocity, here are the nitpicks: bathroom is bit small. Lighting controls are wonky. And the alarm clock in the room was dysfunctional. So was the tv which had very few channels available. Also no armchair/reading chair.

The staff and service were excellent. However as there is always a scope of improvement i wud wish aloft to consider some changes for betterment. Like liquid handsoap besides the wash basin as liquid soap is more hygienic. Also the vanity kit should have proper sized comb as opposed to tiny combs which are no good for women who have long/curly hair.

It was a v good experience good staff v neat n clean and service is v good food was good overall value for money excellent. Thank you will stay again n suggest to friends also.

Awesome excellent wonderful remembrable

The check in process was very smooth and took the minimum time. Assistance in going to your room was facilitated by bell boy, who was courtesy personified. Breakfast spread was sumptuous and service was personalised, with waiters there to assist you in getting items from the live counters. All in all a perfect stay

My stay at the aloft was my first time there. Found the room near and clean. Had all the necessities. I really enjoyed the well maintained pool, which was a pleasure during the late evening with the lights. The food quantity and variety of cuisines is excellent. Helpful and polite staff makes the stay comfortable. Would recommend it.

I liked it over all, the staff was pretty good ! it’s just the dinner was not upto my taste buds. But the breakfast was fab.

Highly hospitable staff from front desk to f&b & even housekeeping team enjoyed the ambience & delicious food 5star for hygiene n cleanliness farha at frontdesk was an amazing host. She ensured seemless stay from check in to check out, she was great at her work. Kudos
