Aloha on the Ganges By Leisure Hotels

Room service was really bad. Rooms were not tidy there was a cockroach in our room. They cleaned my room in my absence without taking my permission. But on the other hand their food was really good and their spa was good too. My only request is you should not include this hotel in luxe hotels. It doesn’t match the standards.

Room was good and views from the hotel was amazing. Had ganga arti great experience. Hotel is ok ok . Very old property and checking inn was not good they over charged us. As our kid is 8.5 years and hotelier mention 5 years in booking they charge extra money for that which really not acceptable. Not expected. Food was good but restaurants look very old property.

Ganges view is very beautiful. Overall experience including food, stay at Ganges view apartment, Ganga Aarti, high tea was good. Location is good wrt to various sites to visit, nearby eateries etc. Diwali Pooja with fire crackers was well organized. The pricing, though, felt was on higher side wrt to offered complimentary amenities and fooding. The club activities could have been free for the paid price.

Its not money' worth, feels like living in a Housing society rather than a resort. Too exorbitant for an apartment like accommodation.

Hotel upgraded to supposedly better room by charging additional Rs 4000 per night. But the allocated room was stinking of sewage foul smell. Could not sleep whole night. Though next day hotel shifted us to another room and acknowledged issue with room. Why did they allocate the bad room to us?

The rooms were great however service was pretty poor. Especially at reception, customer service was lacking. There was also construction ongoing which made the experience poor. The rooms however were good but again cleaning during our stay was terrible as we had extended stay for 4 days. For a luxury property, expect a lot more. Some of the servers at the restaurant reflected very good service but the rest were lacking.

Excellent stay the best part is the view from the balcony of the room. Staff is so humble very responsive. 5 star hospitality Keep it up.

I visited this resort in October. This is nice resort but slightly overpriced. Rooms are good, food was nice and ambience and location is also very good. Some things to improve such as Very confusing intra resort directions to go one place to another because there are no written directions. Slightly overpriced but nice resort to stay

The property has a great location overlooking the Ganga river. Loved the evening Aarti ceremony and liked the service overall.

Beautiful resort and excellent service. We had a wonderful stay at Aloha! Really appreciate the service provided by the staff. They were very warm and helpful.

It was a nice property with great views of Ganges. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The food at Patio was extremely delicious but the buffet was average. Since we were travelling with an infant, we were worried how the experience would be but our stay was made memorable by the staff behaviour and hospitality. The entire staff was very welcoming, polite and helpful. A special mention to Ms. Kanika who made friends with our little daughter and went out of ways to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. A very heart felt thanks to the entire staff of Aloha.

Had a wonderful stay at Aloha on the Ganges, Rishikesh! The location by the river is breathtaking, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is extremely warm and helpful. The peaceful ambiance and scenic views make it a perfect getaway for relaxation. Highly recommend!

we stayed in royal kids suite for 2 nights. Rooms were comfortably big with living room in between the two rooms. Nice Ganges view from our balcony. Breakfast buffet is too good. Entire area is kept clean and well maintained. Some construction is going on till may be year end because of which there is some dust and construction workers moving to and fro. otherwise I did not see any reason for any negative reviews, as some of those mentioned on MMT. It is quite an expensive property, but worth the experience. Just go for it if cost is not an issue. Try to book river facing suites as garden facing will not be that much fun!! Lot of eating options in the vicinity like dominos, BR, BEATLES cafe etc. Can walk down to the beach too!

resort was under renovation. everywhere only machine sound or construction dust was present. you can't even sit in your balcony. the so called garden view room were with a view of concrete and construction material and not garden. in spite of telling the management they were not at all really to change the room. not a good experience at all. but yes food is good but bit over priced.

Had an amazing stay. Staff is very polite and attentive. Beautiful location. Everyone must experience the Ganga Arti at the resort. Great Swimming pool.

the place was clean the room was okay bathroom a small the room sizes small it's not worth 15k it's very desi restaurant breakfast had Limited options it was average overall not worth the money, but has a great pool and view
