Alps Resorts

I stayed at this place for two nights with my mother. This beautiful property is nested amid-st the upper bakrota hill. The moment we got there, we were blown away by how stunning the place looks. The view from the Alps Resorts is exceptional. The food is amazing. The service is exeptional. Mr. Dheeraj at the reception is a generous host. Mr. Pawan and other housing staff are very hardworking and did an outstanding job. They also recommended must visit tourist places in chamba and dalhousie. We had an incredible culinary experience both at their in-house restaurant and stella cafe. The food was absolutely delicious. Stella, their other restaurant has the most flavorful wood oven pizza. We were especially impressed by chef manoj at stella, he was single handedly managing the guests and making the food all with a amicable smile on his face. It showed he really enjoyed his work and it's a treat to the eyes and to the tongue! just one heads up, stella is an open air restaurant so make sure you carry a warm jacket or a shawl with you. However, if there's any issue that we can pinpoint is that their in-house restaurant is a bit small and it gets crowded very soon. But they do have outside sitting area as well, where you can enjoy your supper! secondly, the gandhi chowk market is 3-4 km away the Alps Resorts, it's not walkable. That could be a good and a bad thing, depends how you see it. All in all we had a wonderful experience. Thankyou alps for making our stay so relaxing. I look forward to coming back soon.

Overall it was a great experience, the location is awesome you get a real feel of hilly-chilly weather. It is located at a height and after the market area towards khajjiar. So no traffic rush faced while site seeing, 1 day is enough to cover din kund hill, khajjiar and kalatop @-, no local conveyance in the city so either book a cab from Alps Resorts to market gandhi and subhash chowk or walk through, Alps Resorts can add their own pick and drop cab or bike service to the market. Also limited pharmacy and atm is present in gandhi/subhash chowk so carry decent cash and basic medicines especially for kids. The staff was very courteous and services were great, the food was tasty and the ambience was awesome the kids and we enjoyed it a lot. Rating 10/10 without a second thought.

Amazing experience! location: it's not far from dalhousie bus stand. We shared a cab with another couple. The place is very isolated. Very different from Alps Resortss on mg road. Very picturesque. Food: what can i say about their food! simply delicious! we ordered chicken items and they were tender, spicy and very tasty. Their continental food is also good! amenities: rooms were clean, bathrooms were especially well maintained. Services were available in less time. Usp: i will say the lightning at night and view from window! absolutely gorgeous! drawback: their tea, i ordered it twice but it wasn't great.

The property is located at a quiet area about 3 kms away gandhi chowk. There are no mountain views from the resort, which is a negative point. The room was large, bed was comfortable, but the electrical outlets were in poor shape, hence charging the phone was a problem. The toilet had leaky fixtures and the painting job inside the toilet was poor. The good part was the garden, which was excellent and food. The complementary breakfast was good. The access to the property is through steep stairs, which is not suitable for many guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the alps. The Alps Resorts is very beautiful located in a quaint corner of dalhousie. The Alps Resorts overlooks valley covered with pine trees. There is a lot of open space in the Alps Resorts which is covered with vibrant flower laden plants and hanging plants. The rooms are very beautiful, large and spacious too the staff is very warm and hospitable especially sanjay. The only thing that needs improvement is food. It was very average. Overall had a very memorable stay at the alps.

Our stay at alps resort was awesome. The cleanliness of the room, the prompt service and food at the restaurant was very good. Throughout our stay mr pavan provided us his prompt and excellent service for any of our needs. His gentle behaviour and very caring nature makes our stay more comfortable. The manager of the resort mr ankush sharma was very cooperative and helpful in cancellation of one of our room.

We stayed in the Alps Resorts between 3rd to 5th april 2024. The management gave us a warm welcome. The room was sufficient for 3 people and we were given extra bed without any extra charges. The food quality was good. The Alps Resorts is well maintained and has a garden of its own which has variety of flowers and plants including tulips overall it was a pleasant experience. I recommend this Alps Resorts.

It's a very nice resort with personal detailing everywhere. Italian restaurant + swing + garden + flowers + nice smiling staff + cute rooms + tree house. Everyone, those who don't want to get trapped in brands and buildings would love it. Perfect for families. Value for money. Sanjay kumar and akshay kumar were really helpful. Try there pesto sauce which is served with garlic bread and affogato at stella.

We had a blast with alps resorts property was very good and staff were very friendly and humble overall it was very pleasant and good experience with alps definitely will be plan again to visit this property and big thanks to mr. Rakesh. Thanks and all the best.

Our stay at alps resort was comfortable. The staff is courteous and on their toes. Food is excellent. The ambience of the rooms and the garden area was beautiful. Overall a pleasant experience.

Location of resort is perfect. Ambience is good. Rooms are spacious. However the washrooms were not good. Small and stink. Staff was courteous. Breakfast and food was good.

Although the rooms are old and restaurant is small, still we loved everything in alps resort. Garden was beautiful. Safe for small kids to play. Food was good. Staff was polite. Services were good.
