The stay was amazing as the staff took care of us. The food was so delicious and felt like home-cooked food. All the people were so humble and polite and I would like to name "Kusha" who took care of our stay and made it everlasting..

Place was really awesome inside coffee estate. The food was very good and staff at property were very warm and caring.the coffee estate tour was key highlight of the stay.

This was very nice scenic location and the service was incredible. It's a great property to spend vacation time with family or friends.

Property is located at a very calm and serene place, in the midst of coffee plantation. Staff very cooperative and ready to help and fulfill the wishes and demands of the guest.

It's a pretty good property, you will get a cook who will prepare meals as per your taste/customization. But avoid this property in summers. The master bedroom needs a min 2 ton ac, but they had an old 1. 5 ton ac which wasn't doing a good job, there were frequent power-cuts and to make things worse the property management advised to use the generator (as sole power source) only during night time. After an extremely uncomfortable first day, i requested them use the generator during afternoon time. Given the money paid, and this property came as a luxury one, i didn't expect such cheap cost cutting. They also had a bonfire/barbecue. Better avoid it in summer. But had it not been summer time, our stay could have been a lot better.

The property was lovely. View was great. Staff were awesome. Food was a let down. Some dishes were good but some not good.

We travel-led as a large family group with our dog and had a fabulous experience at pollibetta bungalow. The team took care of all our dietary preferences, the rooms were charming and comfortable, the coffee and views with a good book to retreat to were the highlight. Lots of nice nature walks to explore. Can't wait to be back. A special mention to the barbecue night that was a special surprise.

If you are looking for solitude and want to be amid-st nature and have a full bungalow to yourself ensuring full privacy, this is for you. A heritage bungalow of over 100 years yet very well maintained, lots of space for all members of the group. A large veranda where you can possibly spend all you time is the highlight. Working wi-fi and other amenities, excellent staff to take care and very homely and tasty food prepared by the chefs will make the holiday worth remembering for long.

Surge bungalow wow! a british era bungalow with a lot of original details in a serene location surrounded by coffee, pepper and wild trees away from now very crowded trouristy places. During your stay you are greeted to sounds of the jungle every time you open a window or a door. Natural asmr! very pleasant and relaxing stay. Worth it! will recommend the jungle safari too!

Cook and caretaker took great care of us. They were very flexible and the dishes were very tasty. The location is superb, serene and perfect for unwinding. Makemytrip could have given more accurate information about the property during reservation.

Nestled amongst lush Tata coffee estates atop a tall hillock in Pollibetta, the Pollibetta bungalow offers all-round views of the valleys near Gonikoppa in Kodagu. The staff was very warm, friendly and attentive to our needs - from Mr. Rohit Thakural (the operations manager) to Alwin Jackson (estate manager) to Mandanna (property concierge) went out of their way to accommodate the needs of our family of 10 and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property (said to be over 150 years old) is grand and beautiful with plenty of old-world charm, though tastefully redecorated to modern preferences and quite well maintained. It is ideal for groups up to 10 persons and offers isolation and quiet that is unmatched. The views from the lounge and large French windows is breathtaking! Food was prepared as per our preferences and was of uniformly high quality and very tasty while being healthy, though the menu was understandably limited given the small team of dedicated staff that serves each bungalow. We requested western desserts and were taken aback by the superb quality of the soufflés, custards and puddings - special mention for their awesome Lemon Soufflé that would beat one from a 5-star kitchen easily!

Overall the stay was nice but would have been better if other guests are refrained from having alcohol in the common area. All the staffs were really good and caring. The hotel should encourage groups to book the entire resort since it becomes inconvenient for other guests. Its located in a quiet place but becomes noisy due to some guests.

Staff wear masks all the time. Luggage is sanitized and different groups of guests are served food at different time.

We stayed at the Pollibetta bungalow, a charming heritage bungalow inside a sprawling coffee estate. The heritage room is exactly as shown in the pictures aesthetically furnished with a huge bathroom, a Bath tub and a large dressing area. We were touched by the hospitality of the staff. The estate manager came down to talk to us and explain in detail the safety guidelines being followed at the premises. A special mention to Mr. Pathak who called us twice to check on our food requirements and helped us with directions. The entire care taking staff was humble and down to earth, following the highest hygiene standards. The rooms, and common areas were being sanitised all the times. It was comforting to See the staff in masks and gloves and maintaining safe distancing at all times. A big thanks to Mr. Bala the caretaker and all the helping staff for the making our stay comfortable. The food is homely and fresh, they grow their own veggies. The chef prepared many local Coorgi dishes as per our liking. Only thing we didn't like was the taste of coffee and tea provided. Living inside a coffee Plantation we had better expectations. Not many amenities in this bungalow, they do have a Plantation tour (an informative tour with a naturalist) and nature walk you can take separately. Go there if you would just like to relax amidst nature with a book and good food. We had the entire bungalow to ourselves and felt like a second home with own staff to cater to our needs. Highly recommended.
