Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club

The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming staff. They were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist, making my stay hassle-free and enjoyable. The room itself was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and exuded a sense of contemporary elegance. The fern's dedication to the environment is commendable. The greenery around the property added to the tranquil ambiance, making it a perfect retreat from the bustling city life. The culinary experience at the Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club was exceptional. The restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, each prepared with fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The flavors were a true reflection of the rich culinary heritage of pune, leaving my taste buds thoroughly satisfied. In terms of amenities, the fern didn't disappoint. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the spa provided a rejuvenating experience that was much needed after a long day of exploring the city. The wi-fi was reliable, and the business center was equipped to meet all professional needs, making it an ideal destination for both leisure and business travelers.

A beautiful Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club located in the midst of Amanora town, Pune. The architecture is unique making it a desirable place to look at, and spend time at. The place is massive and the staff especially at the Café are so warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious, rich and full of flavour. There was a huge variety to choose from- starting from the English breakfast, juices, smoothie bowls, South-Indian, Maharashtrian dishes, Indian savoury snacks, Cereal, Sweets like Coconut coated Gulab Jamuns, Rabdi with gulabjaamuns that just melted in our mouth, donuts, croissants, some other french dessert, cake, muffins and the list still goes on. I'd give this place 5 stars if not for the terrible room service. We ordered a fruit salad, which even after 3 repeated calls, never turned up. We also wanted to go swimming, and the receptionist assured us that we'd get a call as soon as she arranges for the swim suits, but that too didn't happen, hence was a bit dissatisfied with the overall room service.

It’s a huge property with ample green spaces to roam around. This is more of a business Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club with most of the rooms occupied by the amanora club members only. One thing to mention here is courteous staff. The staff from the reception to the restaurant all are very helpful. The food is also tasty and reasonably priced. The breakfast spread is also huge and delicious too. There is construction work going around the Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club. Also, they have a huge play area for your toddlers with trampoline and slide. Overall a nice experience, but i would suggest they should have a clear conversation with the in room guests also, regarding the maintenance part as the swimming pool was closed and when we called the receptionist, they said it’s closed on monday for maintenance. They should mention it so that the non menbers can book their stat accordingly.

The fern was the 3rd Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club in Pune during business meetings, and felt very nice seeing an ambiance and clean and clear Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club, but request them not to ignore customer requests. 1. Providing " TV remote" for 3 nights as I was requesting for the same but not received. Manually switching on and off, was the only solution but, while in dark, after master switch is off, going back to bed in sleepy condition, was not recommended. 2. Pillow set should be memory foam and of less height, then what is provided. Could not sleep 1st night after days work, and travel. Hence purchased my own Pillow. 3. OTT platforms should be accessed in every TV, not only restricted to Tata Sky. Quite Boaring, to be and felt directed, to watch what Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club want, rather than what customers wish.

Honestly at any Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club the staff can make or break your day and their staff is legit an assest. They are the best. Even the trainees were well groomed and had correct knowledge. The rooms are awesome. Nice and spacious and super super clean. They also provide choices in pillows (like wow. Food was amazing. Both the chefs at vista cafe were so good. They even altered the food to our taste and preferences. Do try their tom yum soup (so so so good. Their musician sings so so so well. And what lovely collection of songs he sung. Ample parking space is available and they have amenities that other Amanora The Fern Hotels & Clubs usually do not have (squash and badminton court) overall our stay was amazing and super huge shoutouts to their staff esp. Amit, nitika, sonoo, and rizwan

Had a wonderfu stay at amanora. My reason for visiting pune is usually so-em work near keshav nagar. Amanora is close to the same. We had once visited during the lockdown, and loved the service we got, which is why we have been returning. This is our 3rd stay at amanora. Overall the staff and service is friendly and efficient, the rooms are extremely spacious which is what i like best about the place. One gets to use the club facilities, i absolutely like the swimming pool. In the neighbouring vicinity is the amanora mall. The walking area around amanora township is great too. We used room service for dinner, the food was good and reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast is a full spread, much better than similarly priced rooms in other Amanora The Fern Hotels & Clubs.

I stayed in amanora fern for 3 nights and it was a very comfortable and happy experience. The rooms are big, clean and have a great view. We stayed in the wintergreen premium room with a garden view. The property is huge and well maintained considering its size. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. One can walk around the lawns and a small pond. The breakfast spread is humongous and we didn't get bored even on our 3rd day there. The food at their restaurant vista a is delicious and reasonable, offering an adequate variety in cuisines. The meghavi spa is also great. There usually are wedding parties and office conferences around but it never got noisy or disturbing. Overall had a great stay. Would definitely visit again.

The experience was quite good with a few considerables like the system was down so we got a late check in, the sports are not open for everyone visiting or taking a stay as most of the slots are already booked in the sports and for rest only club members were allowed, another point of consideration was there were some in fridge items in the room which to our surprise were all separately chargeable not a part of the package. The service was bang on. Locations calm and best aloof from the hustle and bustle of the city. A must visit resort for people looking for a break from the life cycle. We got a chance to celebrate the holika vadhan and holi which was a good and different experience

Indeed a nice stay. Wintergreen rooms are comfortable for a 1 or 2 days stay. Food quality was awesome. . Ambience is very beautiful. The staff courstey and overall i would say a great teamwork they are. Large and clean rooms.

The Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club is located right between the Amanora township and nearby Amanora mall. It gives you a feeling of luxury, both inside and outside the rooms

We had booked an overnight stay for ourselves. The property is very close to amanora mall and seasons mall. This was our first time here and we really enjoyed the space. Property is beautiful and green. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. We even enjoyed our breakfast buffet. There were many options to choose from. Just for info; they share the swimming pool and other facilities of the Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club with amanora club members as well. So it might seem a little different from a regular Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club. But we didn't mind. As everyone was very sweet and everything was very well maintained. We had a lovely experience.

We had a wonderful stay the front desk, housekeeping, and food beverages are excellent. The staff is very helpful & prompt. Plenty of space to walk around, including the garden. Very good swimming pool.

Amanora fern clubs and resorts is situated in a picturesque surroundings of amanora park. There is a beautiful big garden, huge lake adjacent to the property. The resort has it's own beautiful lawn, spa along-with all the best amenities. Nice food, very courteous staff. In short it was a memorable experience. No. Thanks

I went here in april end with my bestfriend for 2 days staycation. And i must say the experience was wonderful and luxurious. Food was delicious, clean and there was so much of variety. Room was clean and spacious. Room service was on point. View is beautiful. Must visit for a luxurious and affordable staycation.
