Udaipur Family Visit Luxe staycation in the lap of nature Luxe staycation in the lap of nature Booked 1 villa in Amantra Shilpi Resort. Here’re my thoughts on the place! Pros Premises and rooms 1. The villas are pretty spaced out so you have your privacy. The estate is surrounded by forest. Incredibly picturesque! 2. The resort has 5-6 or so ducks! Kids will love ‘em! 3. This is very close to udaipurs best lake Fateh Sagar, You on a nature trail to a nearby waterfall! Absolutely recommended that you go. 4. It’s huge from within so you can go for those night/morning walks around the estate. 5. Limited light and sound pollution. You can actually see all the stars on a clear night! 6. Air conditioned villa with a private balcony with facing the gardens and pool Food 1. Complementary lavish buffet breakfast available! 2. Food is delectable. 3. Dinner was, just sup up, delicious food and variety. Cons – Can’t think of anything major but here it is anyway 1. Their check-in is for 12 Noon. I prefer early check in which they entertain. (said if rooms available they don’t ask to wait) 2. Network is sketchy because it's in the suburban area but they do have WiFi. Din't bother me because I was on vacation anyway. Overall – If you like being out in nature and are looking for a relaxing family / honeymoon stay options, then you might want to consider Amantra Shilpi Resort. It’s like having all the fun of the outdoors right within the resort.

I would recommend Amantra Resort to all who visits Udaipur. Location is great just next to Fateh Sagar Lake. Also, incidentally happened to be annual Shilpgram festival week which is just next to the location. Ambience of place is excellent. Staff was very hospitable including manager's. We arrived very early without prior notice, but staff made us feel comfortable even during peak season they did the best they could. We travelled with child recovering from sickness and needed doctor for follow up as fever continued during our stay, staff was prompt to provide us required assistance with commute to good clinic and back. Coming to services, staff provided excellent services with attention to details, clean room, provided room heater on request as it was very cold the day we arrived.

It was a great experience to have been their with the weather supporting. The food was very good. The services can improve a bit or should I be very specific the response time should be more prompt and appropriate. For eg, as mentioned in the website as well as the catalog of the resort that 24 hour running hot water, which was not available after repeated reminders. Another if by chance the customer (me) tells the restaurant waiter to take the cups of the housekeeping they should respond as "Sir will send the concern person to take the utensils" rather than please call the department it's not our departments.

Location is fabulous and food quality is also good but food quite costly also as per quality. Swimming pool is plus point of this resort. Staff is very cordial and supportive. Great atmosphere after sunset at resort. We've booked two interconnected rooms on triple occupancy and I recommend it if you are traveling with only friends as it provide open separate balcony on third floor with a breathtaking view. All the amenities available in the rooms except hair dryer, rooms are spacious and well maintained. Overall it's 5/5 for me.

Review: we had a perfect and pleasant stay at amantra shilpi, all credit and thanks goes to the amazing staff. They were so hospitable and cooperative. They helped me celebrate my daughter's birthday just the way i wanted. They took care of all our meal requirements. The food was delicious, so a big thank you to the chefs also. I had done the booking so i was nervous what if it doesn't turn out good. But my husband thanked me so many times later for choosing such an excellent place. The weather was also a plus point. Thank you.

A resort is behind fatehsagar lake almost 10 to12 km from railway station, and almost 1km far from main road to catch up auto or cab, first time when i comes out from Amantra Shilpi Resort & Spa i have to walk for 1km and then i got auto so it is better that u have own vehicle other wise resort managment also arrange texi or auto for u but its littel costly so if u have own vehicle it is a great to stay nice room, clean roam, clean garden, food quality good staff beheviar also good.

The resort is located at walking distance from fateh sagar lake. The resort in itself is very well maintained and serene. It's close to most city tourist destinations yet in a silent surrounding. Hotel staff and members are very courteous and helpful. Swimming is very well maintained, rooms are spacious, washrooms are clean. This will preferred place for stay in future trip to udaipur.

Very nice resort! The staff is very courteous and provide all the assistance needed. Greenery all around. Clean swimming pool. They have an in-house adventure activity area too. The food at the resort restaurant Zest is delicious. The 'paneer' dishes are especially mouth watering. Shilpgram next door is a wonderful tourist attraction too.

We stayed for 3 nights in this resort. The staff was very co-operative. The manager Mr Sumit gave us personalized attention and also guided us about the Udaipur tour plan. The food is awesome in the restaurant. Kids enjoyed in the pool all the three days. It's a perfect stay to go with your family and friends to relax.

It is average Amantra Shilpi Resort & Spa. Spend some more and stay in excellent Amantra Shilpi Resort & Spa. Not Worth it.

The Amantra Shilpi Resort & Spa was good. The ambience was good too. We were upset about the rides not working but otherwise it was great. The breakfast had great options and overall, stay was fine. I found the shop inside the resort a little overpriced (obviously). But overall, great fun. Would recommend it.

Good breakfast spread .. Great staff .. Well maintained .. Near to fateh sagar lake. Pool is nice .. Service was good .. Rooms were clean and spacious with enough space for extra bed too .. Room service was quick .. Food in restaurant was great.

Next to fateh Sagar lake Nice property with play area and private parking. Bar and restaurant. Good service by staff. Very spacious rooms and nice amenities.

Excellent Amantra Shilpi Resort & Spa with great service and hospitality. Definitely a place to visit and stay. Had a great and wonderful experience. In my opinion if someone wants to go to Udaipur for relaxation and enjoyment then this is absolutely amazing and right place to stay. Must try place.

A peaceful escape in the city of lakes, amazing location beautifully maintained. Great facilities. Peaceful place. The staff is highly courteous. The manager is helpful. Early check-in done with no extra cost.

Property is big, swimming pool is excellent, rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is excellent, staff are very polite.
