Amanvana Spa Resort- Coorg

We enjoyed our stay in every way. The villa is very spacious, set amidst greenery. Best part is the absolute silence which enabled us to enjoy our stay. The Coorg cuisine is very tasty and very well made. The river flows by the side of the property & there are chairs placed to sit & enjoy the flow of water & the river sounds. Excellent staff, excellent customer service.

Location,amenities & Services were Excellent. Disappointed with Food.Quality of food was average not worth the money.Local restaurants served much tastier food than here.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Staff were friendly and the service was top notch. The room was spacious and clean. We had a minor issue with the bathroom floor and the housekeeping responded within minutes. The complimentary treats in the room are appreciated. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet and the live counter was extensive with multiple options, excellent variety and taste that exceeded expectations. The salads were amazing. The ambience of the property was restful and quiet. There was a beautiful feeling throughout the stay. Overall, an outstanding experience that I would highly recommend.

On the first night there was short circuit occurred and there was no power in the room. I have followed with the reception multiple times but they didn’t help. The electrician came late and he was not able to fix it. Finally, I had to go to the reception to provide their managers contact number. The receptionist were not sharing their Manager’s contact details and we kept waiting without power. After multiple follow-ups with the reception they shared their manager number. I have explained him the situation and he sent a senior electrician person who solved it. The reception team was lying that the Manager has left from the property and they were not helping us anyway. A bunch of absolutely inefficient people who has no training. On the second day the breakfast buffet was pathetic. Food was clod, there was very less items, it tasted so bad. They charged me for 1 plate Biriyani but they didn’t provide salads. The room main door was not working properly. And all the curtains were falling, for fixing the curtain also I had to follow up with the maintenance teams multiple times. They didn’t have any sports channel when we asked they took an hour to recharge. Washroom pan was dirty, there was one light broken, wires were damaged, bath towels were dirty.

Great food, great ambiance, excellent staff and service.

The experience was wonderful. Serene place just off the main road. You are literally falling down the rabbit hole. We had a scrumptious food, buffet served for breakfast lunch and dinner. Naveen the naturist was real gem. We went for bird watching and flora & fauna tour around the property and also for a coffee The jaggery coffee served as a welcome drink would stay in the memory for a long duration

I had an excellent stay at this property. The location was ideal—close to key attractions yet peaceful and scenic. The food was a highlight, especially the breakfast with its variety of fresh local and international dishes. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, while the pool, spa, and garden added extra comfort. Service was exceptional; staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. From smooth check-in to thoughtful local tips, they made the stay memorable. Overall, a perfect blend of location, comfort, and hospitality. I’d gladly recommend it to families, couples, and solo travelers

Away from crowd into a serene place surrounded by nature. Amanvana is a place where you can relax and spend time with yourself and family.

The property is by the river and very close to Nisarg Dham. However you’ll not have the need to leave the premises as it’s so beautiful, well maintained. The spa experience was not up to expectations and v disappointed for the money paid. Food was decent but the general vibe of the resort was brilliant

Great Pool and very scenic surroundings. Sitting by the side of river Kaveri was amazing. Plenty of activities to do. Take at least 2 nights to stay and experience this property

Amanvana resort itself is habitat which has variety of flora which can be expericienced with walk on its pathway,river flow behind resort & spa is awesome

Resort is very nice and and well maintained. Staff needs training. Housekeeping was ok. Breakfast was made horrible by Diwakar (not sure how such a rude and untrained person is put to manage dosa and omlet section). Calling for basic items from the room was again a nightmare and we had to request for items atleast 2/3 times (each item). There is no coordination between teams. We vacated room a night in advance itself

Room was nice, bed was foam rubber masters, needs upgrade. Bathroom was nice, the tub was defective, did not retain water for bath, and shower drained very slowly, filling up at our feet over a couple inches... restaurant made efforts, food was medium quality. The breads were poor,

The property is beautiful and lush green. It is very well maintained and the staff is also very courteous, Excellent scenic spots inside the resort, especially the river side and trek. It would be great if they improve up on buffet spread. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Property is very good. Ambience, the way it is designed and options are very good. It feels so private yet so many villas. Staff here are very very friendly, felt like we were not in India itself while we were inside.
