great stay, staff are excellent. keep it up and certainly will come next time. thanks. located at a very nice place and near to kainchi dham, that's great. food is also good, services are excellent.

people are nice, fast checkin room size is large with good view breakfast was nice hotel also offered free cab to and from the temple

From hygiene perspective, the hotel should look into raising cleanliness standards in certain areas like there was a small cockroach on the bed, dust on table

No water in wash room. No toiletories. Food preparation is also inferior. Too much followup with staff

Excellent food. Excellent dinning staff. Only flaw was the room not worth Rs. 10000 per day. ( booking amount paid Rs.19500 for 2 nights). But Excellent food taste and quality wise worth this stay. Hope to improve the room types

Located near the ashram. But not suitable for older people as it is located on an elevation. Otherwise no complains

The property is in a very nice location overlooking the valley, and the terrace area is a nice place to unwind. The rooms are of good sizes but not as clean as expected for the price charged. The walls are dirty, floor untidy, and the bathroom plumbing is bad. The kettle in the room is almost not functional, tv doesn't work and WiFi poor. The food is good: mostly ordered a-la carte. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Jai shree radhe krishna! i felt great satisfaction with our stay in amar valley resort. Property location is marvelous. Food was delicious. Amenities and services was mark-able. Staff was very co operative

All over good, location of the hotel is very good, food is delicious, service is up to mark, much more amenities

The property looks very good and well maintained on the outside, however for the price they have charged for a night, the maintenance is very poor. The service is decent, the boys are on their toes to help. Cleanliness is a big issue. Since it was just one night we managed, but not worth the money!

Horrible experience during our stay. Rude staff and shabby rooms. Bathroom water was leaking and rooms heater was not working. Dirty room and restaurant. Over priced tasteless food. should not be generous with the rating, it can be misguiding.

In such cold weather as we coming from outside, hotel not managed hot water in room. So we both cold water in such cold weather, management should take care on customer health

geyser hot water not received and if we on geyser of bathroom we need to stop room heater. from last three days departure very cold and not even hot water so if other service of food and room no use as we mainly taken room to connect temple shortly and because of that we did all three days cold water bath that is very horrible. management should take care this hot water issue. also we ask for lemon water for acidity they not given as told lemon is not in the kitchen.

I stayed here for a night and was expecting a decent and clean room considering this hotel charges the highest room charges in kanchi dham. The room was disappointing owing to several factors (a) cleanliness- the room seemed to have not been cleaned prior to hanging it over to the next occupants. The bathroom looks good in the photos but didn’t have any towels. The bed-sheets were dirty and had just been rearranged. The quilt was filthy and had hair from previous occupants. Luckily as a matter of habit we took our own towels and quilt. (b) food- we ordered restaurant food at night and snacks in the evening. Both were disappointing. (c) some of the staff were friendly and helpful specially the guy who brought the heater at night to our room. (d) charging-ports in the room did not work. Over all this room does not deserve they charged

The hotel was very good food and service was excellent whatever we wanted the staff was arranging for us. Bathrooms were not that great rooms were decent.

The hotel is beautiful, located slightly higher gives a good view, staff is very courteous room service has a scope of improvement
